- 4* is a generous rating for a hotel with limited facilities, parking was available in public car parks , challenging to find and located some distance from the hotel, you were unable to pull up outside as restricted. The “deluxe” room overlooked the square great views (could be noisy at night - no fault of the hotel) the bedroom furnishings were tired and the bathroom not clean with other guests hair in the shower and on the glass screen. Breakfast was good with a varied selection.
- The breakfast quality is just so-so. The bread always seemed stale. They only seemed to make scrambled eggs- no variety - not even the traditional Spanish omelette! The orange juice was not fresh squeezed like what you will get in some places - you can tell by the taste. The staff don’t offer to make any other kinds for you, though I saw one man request fried eggs and they made them. This is the one area I suggest for improvement. There was some mold on the grout and tiles in the bath that needed some attention, but otherwise the room was spotless.

The location was excellent. Bedroom and bathroom very clean and impeccably maintained. The bed was comfortable. We had two balconies overlooking the piazza. During the day there were also free drinks and sweet pastries.
The location of La Casa was perfect for living in the center of the old part of the city. Walking to MANY excellent restaurants, shops, and multiple bus routes was very easy. The one downside is on a Friday or Saturday night if you are facing the park (which I still recommend for the view and fresh air from the little balcón), you may hear a boisterous drunk person. But that was 2 nights of a stay longer than a week. The staff were incredibly helpful. I had to see a physician, get prescriptions, figure out the parking garage that they have a special deal with, change out my rental car when there was a problem, get a new phone charger when mine died, purchase a bus pass, and probably a few other minor items along the way. They were amazing! I also liked that they had a lounge area with a computer access and printer, as well as a small kitchen and sitting area in the atrium outside the breakfast room that had tea and coffee and a refrigerator with water, beer, soda, as well as some sweet and savory snacks available 24 hours a day. That was a true blessing when I realized how thirsty I was at midnight, or wanted to rest with a tea in the afternoon before my next outing.

The hotel had a gorgeous interior and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect—close to most attractions, right by Trinidad Plaza, and very near restaurants, bars, and bus pick-up points. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We also appreciated that the hotel provided umbrellas for guests. Everything was perfect, rooms were equipped with bath robes, slippers and huge bath towels, extra blanket, toiletries lotion. Bath gels shampoo and bath cap. Nice hot roomy walk in shower. The room temperature was perfect for a cold January month.
The trash pick-up at around 3:00 a.m. was noisy.

Authentic Morrocan charm. Quirky layout, beautiful finishes, located just inside the Medina & walking distance to the ferry
Bathroom locations were quirky. One in a bedroom and the other on a stairway landing. 2nd bath had short shower.
Great location. The staff was very helpful. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Loved the make up mirror, tea and coffee in the room, and the wonderful breakfast.
The room felt a little small. No vanity space in the bathroom.
Perfect in a beautifull square staff super helpfull cosy bed
Very well position, within walking distance from bars, restaurants & shops. Very safe and pleasant environment.
There was nothing that I did not like, everything was of high quality. I will definitely stay there again in future.
Very well placed, central, very friendly and helpful personnel, clean and nice rooms
It was very clean. The space in the room & bathroom was very good. The reception staff were helpful.
The room was a little dark.
Nice staff, great decor, pretty good location, nice breakfast
My room was right above the dumpsters in the street, so every morning I was woken up when the truck came to collect the garbageThe double bed was really meant for two people and it was hard to enjoy it as one — I usually book a double room so I can sprawl, which was not possible here
Excellent location, staff brilliant, comfortable and warm rooms. Can’t fault this hotel, consequently been twice in 10weeks. Breakfast for everybody.
A great location right in the old town centre, so most things are in walking distance. Quiet room with a nice view across the square. Decent breakfast options.
The entrance to the shower was very clumsy where you had to step over the toilet to get in and out.
The hotel is very centrally located, close to shopping and you will also find lot of good restaurants & pubs around. Lot of attractions were easily accessible. Nice place to stroll around. The rooms were clean, had its own small balcony. The receptionists were very helpful. I definitely enjoyed my stay.
A bit noisy in the night, though it dint bother me. I also dint opt for the breakfast as it felt expensive.
Great location, elevator, sweet little dayroom with coffee and doughnuts and WC on same floor as check in. Room was nice sized, good storage , mini bar- not really suitable for much else. Bathroom got great water pressure, nice sink, daily housekeeping was lovely. TV primarily only in Spanish- with no ability to get English subtitles. Nice desk and chair. Bed excellent with lots of good pillows. Front desk staff consistently helpful. Would stay again! Ate excellent Italian food at Paroles - they made the tiramisu the table. And had excellent food at La Turquosa- Mediterranean. Ate some of the best cheesecake I have had in Granada.
All good
Location , staff, friendliness, helpfulness.
Bed was a little too hard for me
