Vincci Albayzin Hotel

Location of hotel is pretty good for walking around the city. Parking garage nearby was easy to get to.

Room was very average at best, the bathroom was in a state of disrepair. The towel rack was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, one of the light bulbs over the vanity was out, the toilet leaked, and the sink drained slowly among other issues.

Front desk staff extremely taciturn on multiple occasions. Location not particulary convenient, and certainly not in the Albayzin neighborhood as the name suggests.

Location is great.

The gym is not usable for someone serious about training.

Wonderful hotel right in the center of town with very responsive and helpful reception staff. Place was spotless. Great location and beautiful breakfast courtyard to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. They stored our bags and allowed us a late check out.

It would be nice to have breakfast included, or at least complimentary coffee and pastries. But overall a wonderful stay!

Could have been a great stay but….

Wife was bitten (bed bugs?) during the night. I asked the front desk to have the room sprayed and the bed sheets changed. Who knows if they actually sprayed but I do know they did not change the sheets. They only made the bed.

The hotel was lovely and located close to the Alhambra (I walked to the Alhambra from the hotel) as well as shopping and restaurants. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is also a great value!

Salon of the restaurant is very cool, hotel was silent, clean and has good location 5-10 min walk to center and 30-40 min walk to Alhambra. Parking option was a benefit for us.

Parking could be free for customers but its okey. Hygiene pockets such as cotton pads ear litter could be good if they were in the room

We have stayed at this property several times: best location in Granada and extremely good value! Worth more than their very reasonable rate. There’s a place to pull in right in front so you can drop your bags; then turn the corner to park in the hotel’s underground onsite parking(note: like most underground lots in historic Spanish cities spaces are small). On a lovely alameda for strolling next to the historic Granados Bar (frequented by famed writer Garcia Lorca) and across the street from the iconic Ysla bakery/cafe. Walkable to the Alhambra and historic center. Hotel restaurant / breakfast: superior and also nice lobby bar.

Room was good size, clean, new facilities, very comfortable, the shower was amazing…very good internet. Hotel staff were friendly, excellent service. Great location. Would definitely stay here again if in Granada.

Some bedrooms were being built and painted near our bedroom. Strong smell of paint and noise was bothering us. but of course this was temporary
