Location and price.

The toilet was not fully attached to the floor and it moved when using it. Also, after flushing it you could hear the water falling for a long time. Really hard to use the QR code to find out how to use the shower once you are in the shower.

Le matelas est de tr�s mauvaise qualit�. Le sofa �galement �tait tr�s inconfortable. On est parti avec un mal de dos terrible. Le m�nage dans la chambre �tait mal fait ou presque pas fait.

Buena Unicacion para dejar auto y andar o taxi. Limpio y agradable el personal. Buen costo beneficio normal y ambiente cercano caminando.

Excellent quality and a great price. Wonderful breakfast buffet, staff was very friendly, and the room was beautiful and very clean. Air conditioner worked great. Location was pretty close to the historic part of town (15-20 min walk).

Parking is not included in the price. It was 15 euro per day, but the parking area is underground and the spaces were decent sized.

Great location, within walking location to the city area. Able to park at hotel without worrying the narrow street in the old city.

The room was large and tidy. Lighting was stylish combining indirect LEDs with reading lights. Bathroom well arranged with a large shower. Sound-proof. We enjoyed the spa and had relaxing massages of great quality by Paula and Celia. Fantastic weekend for relax and tourism in Granada.

Air condition was automatic and we got it a bit too cold on the first day until we learnt how to switch it off.

The best thing about this hotel are people who are working there. They were super kind. Location is good, close to the city center. And the breakfast was approved by the kids.

The hotel needs renovation. The pool is small and not very clean with bad smell. The gym is 5x5 m room, where you cant exercise properly.

It was ok based on fulfillment of request we had. Convent location to wherever we wanted to see and visit. We even walked to Alhambra. Very convenient place.

Noisy at times. A lot of tours used the place and crowded at times. Check in and out also took few minutes due to congestion.

It was a shame that the ourdoor pool was closed for the season the day before we arrived. It was mid Sep and temperatures were in the 30's.

For me, the most important thing is how clean the room was (it was very clean). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had enough choices for my picky kids.

The room size was decent and the beds were just OK. The pools (outdoor as well as indoor) were too small, overcrowded and didn't feel very clean.

This place looks a lot better in the photos. My stay was ok. I had to switch rooms my first night because they gave me a room that looked like it had a hospital bed as an extra bed. The staff is totally overwhelmed and can be a little unfriendly. Luckily, the guy who changed my room was very nice. A lot of tour busses come through here, so it's too much for them at once. They definitely need extra cleaning at the entry ways and the glass doors. The whole place needs a refresh. It's ok for a couple of nights if you're on a tour, but it was definitely not my favorite.

Honestly the staff at this location was the best! My family and I all had a great time and the location was fantastic as well!

The way you need to get up to your room is a maze. From the lobby, you need to go to floor 1, and from there you either go to A (left) or B (right) and go all the way down to the elevators if you need to go to rooms on another floor. But we got around fine for what it was lol

Breakfast was good, property was clean.

Arrangement of room was odd and such a waste of space. There was a huge bathroom with a separate tub and shower, no light over the tub/toilet section and the shower was tiny and it spit water over the door and all over the floor. No way to control the amount of water. It was a deluge or nothing. Such a waste of water. The A/C was a joke. No mater how cold you put it the temperature never changed below 24c and the fan speed never changed. It turned off in the middle of the night so what little relief it gave was gone and we woke in a sweat.

We parked the car in the garage, and on the day of our departure, our windshields had been cleaned - a thoughtful and appreciated detail that reflects the attention to customer care.
