About
Hotel Anacapri is in a typical 18th-century house in Granada's historic quarter, just 165 ft from the cathedral and Plaza Nueva Square. It has free Wi-Fi throughout. The property has been carefully restored in order to preserve many original feature and has been converted into a charming, contemporary centrally located boutique hotel. There is an interior patio, artisan woodwork in the cafeteria and reading room that all date back to the era it was built in. Many of the features stand out such as the “costumbrista” painting at the entrance of the hotel, the “still life’s” in the lobby and the cafeteria, and the prints of Italian origin that surround the central patio. The hotel is next to pedestrian access to the Alhambra, which is about a 20-minute walk away. The staff is happy to help organize reservations for flamenco shows and restaurants, and ski passes for the Sierra Nevada.

- Excellent location. Kathy on reception was outstanding. Rooms small but clean and comfortable.
Cons -
- The location in the heart of the city close to the main attractions.
- I heard a few times of noises from the other room when they flushed toilets and used shower. Probably from water pipe that made noises. The wifi was not good, sometimes wasn't working in the room. The breakfast selection is very limited.
- No view & can’t go out onto balcony - locked gate.

Excellent hotel, perfectly situated, friendly and helpful staff, valet parking for a fee, the cleanest and most comfortable room we stayed in on our 2 week trip to Spain
Great location. Convenient valet parking (arranged in advance). Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Great little boutique hotel right in the old town. Close to everything.

Good location, spacious, nice staff
No view & can’t go out onto balcony - locked gate.
Incredible location. Nice size room, large modern bathroom, charming in a dated hotel kind of way that seems really comfortable to me. Radiators to dry out our wet things! Kind, helpful staff. Complicated dealing with a car, but the descriptions for dealing with it and parking were well presented.
Three different kinds of bad pillows and thin walls meant that our sleep wasn't great. The breakfast was maybe average, sour hard eggs, lots of sweets but no veg, but I think that's typical here.
Convenient location, friendly staff
Not much, we already knew that the room was small, but if the room size was bigger this would have been a more comfortable stay. But, we got what we expected.
Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality of people at the reception. She fave me a perfect advices for Alhambra and that helped me a lot actually.
The hotel staff were very kind.I asked one of the staff for a favor that was beyond their duties, yet they helped me very willingly.Upon arrival, they gave me excellent guidance about visiting the Alhambra, and if I hadn’t received that information, I might have missed the visit.
The room was very dimly lit,and there were constant noises from outside the room—sounds of moving around, doors opening and closing, and even from above.
Not recommended for family
Very poor AC.Poor services Long stairs No help from the stuff
The location is fantastic, just a few moments walk from the Cathedral, Old Town, bus to The Alhambra and shops/places to eat
Quiet. Great location
No WiFi in rooms 309 and 310. Staff kept saying they would fix it but they were unable to. Very inconvenient that I had to keep going to reception/lobby to access the internet.
Excellent location, clean room and bathroom, good breakfast. Excellent communication regarding how to reach the hotel by car. Valet parking is great.
It’s not the property’s fault, but reaching the hotel by car is a bit nerve racking despite good instructions by the hotel management.
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the city center and easily accessible by public transport, which made getting around very convenient. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and had a comfortable bed. Overall, it provided a pleasant and relaxing stay.Breakfast was good with a reasonable variety. Adding a few more options for international guests could make it even better.
While the hotel’s location and the city’s attractions make it a popular choice for guests from diverse cultures and religions, I noticed that the washrooms do not have a Muslim shower (bidet spray). I would suggest adding this facility, as it would be very convenient for guests who prefer water for hygiene instead of toilet paper. This small addition would enhance comfort for many visitors and reduce the need for alternatives like water bottles.

Staff increíble helpful.Location excellent, next to catedral and to many amenities.
Lack of better parking. The one offered had no Spaces and the second alternative was very inconvenient. On the bright side, the hotel gave us a massive discounton the parking. From €46 we only paid €6
Temizdi , kettle mevcuttu. Konumu harikaydı . Roberto from reception helped me to buy Granada card for Alhambra visit although there was no free space for Alhambra tour . But he found ! He is really nice, kind , helper and good person ! Thanks to him , I had visited Alhambra .
