    Pros +

    • Good location
    • The hotel is well located in Granada, with a nearby car park available for approximately €17 per day. The room was clean, had all the basic amenities, and the beds were comfortable. However, there were no international TV channels available in the room.

    Cons -

    • Noisy, outdated rooms
    • Breakfast experienceThe attitude of one member of the breakfast staff was unacceptable. Exactly at 10:00 a.m. (the official end of service), he switched off the juice and coffee machines, preventing guests from having refills, while immediately starting to clean tables and remove food.A few minutes later, he was audibly sighing and huffing in the dining area, repeatedly checking his watch and giving guests disapproving looks while they were still finishing their breakfast. As a result of this experience, we decided not to purchase breakfast at the hotel anymore and chose to spend our money elsewhere. This behavior is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment, particularly one that presents itself as a four-star hotel—a standard which, in our view, this property does not truly meet.
    • The room is very small and not really comfortable. There is no place to sit except the bed. The mattress is really hard.

Very good breakfast, but the room was quite disappointing for a hotel that claims to be a four star hotel. I have been to 2 star hotels with the same room standards. The location was ok, not right in the centre but 15 minutes walk to the old town.

    7MichaelPosted on: 12-16-2025

Evening meal was good and plentiful. Room was comfortable.

Poor room soundproofing. Could hear neighbours and street noise. Receptionist not friendly. Breakfast ‘hot food’ was lukewarm. Choice limited.

    9PetyaPosted on: 12-9-2025

The staff of the hotel was kind and helpful. The rooms were big enough, the bed was comfortable and they were clean. We had everything we needed. There was a great choice for the breakfast.

Probably I missed it in the description. The parking was not in the hotel, but very close to it. Although there was a discount, we had to pay for the parking.

Great location and car park nearby.

Being British we would have had liked tea and coffee facilities in the room

Nice, comfortable hotel a short walk away from old town centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly.

They should isolate the door, so you wouldn't see the light underneath it and that the noises from outside wouldn't bother you. Breakfast is very very limited with absolutely no vegetables and scrambled eggs taste terrible. If you're vegetarian, vegan or have any kind of allergy, there really is nothing for you to eat.

Location, large room. Parking nearby was amazing.

Very noisy, thin walls, breakfast room too crowded.Very small bed.

    Location

One of the lifts was out of order during the full length of my stay .The room key didn’t work and every time I arrived at the hotel I needed to go down to the reception and get a new key.The shower head was broken and both the side table lights were broken as well

    1AbdullahPosted on: 9-21-2025

Unfortunately, the hotel rooms have no sound insulation at all — I could even hear the noise from the bathrooms in other rooms. I couldn’t sleep at all; it was a very bad experience. Also, there were no coffee-making facilities.

    8Costaman16Posted on: 8-7-2025

The room was a good size and very comfortable. The staff were very efficient and courteous. The location was also good, with a number 9 bus right outside every 15 mins that had you in the city centre in no time. Walking back was easy, as it is all downhill.

    Nothing to add

    7Ho78Posted on: 8-3-2025

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff

The breakfast and dinner were average. No tea bag in the room. This hotel is closer to a 3 star hotel than a four

    8SebastianPosted on: 7-29-2025

fantastic location, really clean and cozy

the breakfast was pretty bad, not many options

    7PrabaharanPosted on: 7-17-2025

Location , just opposite is subway station. Close to all major attractions.

No hot water in our both room. Ac works slowly.

    9PiotrPosted on: 7-6-2025

The hotel is very good, you can't have any complaints about anything. It's easy to get to, it's practically in the center. All the attractions of Granada are within a short walk - it's a great location for a few days of sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Comfortable and huge beds. There is no own parking, but you can use a large underground parking 5 minutes from the hotel. I didn't use the meals.

    4PedramPosted on: 6-29-2025

The hotel has a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, which I appreciated.

Both the room and the furniture were old, not just outdated in style, but also worn and in need of renovation. The fridge was empty and didn’t work properly. It couldn’t even cool a bottle of water. On the first night, after taking a shower, a bad smell came from the bathroom, possibly from the sewage. The staff offered to change the room, but they said all the rooms were in the same condition. ( they changed the fridge)
