BIBO Hotel Recogidas

Pretty good value for the price they charge. I lost something in the hotel, and the staff was helpful in getting it shipped to my next hotel.

The walls are quite thin, so you do hear what goes on in the hallway, which might bother some people.

Good location

Average hotel. Beds are not too comfortable. Breakfast is basic. Not worth it.

Location is excellent , modern clean chic design in the room.

Sheets and bedding could have a better smell.

LOCATION! It's a decent hotel and the location is excellent for tourists; however it's definitely not a four-star hotel as they advertise, I would rate it as a three-star hotel at its best.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly

Location was great, great value for money, quiet, clean

Would have been nice to have an iron in the room but I’m being picky here!

The room was very well isolated. Although the hotel is right in the center, I was not disturbed at all by street noise.

They gave us room with 3 beds so its pretty roomy. The front desk people are nice.

Many of the furnitures are a bit run down and/or old. Room setup is also a bit awkward, the beds were in a diagonal direction. They also placed us right by the elevator and next to an office. It gets pretty noisy at some point.

With this price, it is worth it. Amazing breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and hot room, whateIse I need. Also location, almost forgot it. Thank you!

it was very central, easy to get to, nice and friendly staff, nice room and overall good value for money!

Late check-in at 3pm only...

Location

Heating in room was broken, could not be turned down. Impossible to sleep as it turned over 30 degrees Celsius (in winter!). Got another room later on but without compensation.

Clean, location. Good breakfast.

The hotel is right at the centre, easy to walk everywhere. The room was very spacious, the bed & pillows so extra comfortable. The staff were so helpful, so ready to provide services, specially Paula at reception who was always one step ahead of the guest.

N.A.

Hotel very central to city. Comfortable and clean hotel. Good breakfast.

Hotel is on a very busy street so sometimes noisy at night. Hotel could do with updating. The rooms do not have enough lighting so are very dark .

Very comfortable bed. Generally clean. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent location. Easy check in and check out.

Not enough lighting in the room. The air ventilator made an irritating noise when operating. Air con was malfunctioning as it kept on blowing warm air out even if we switched it to cool...

THE STAFF, the location

The bed comfort, how the room was hot and unable to keep the window open, poor quality breakfast, the television is small and didnt fit in the place.

The location and the cleanliness also the size of the room

Not all the staff were very helpful plus they don’t have bell boy service

Great location. Helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Excellent location within minutes of plenty of shops, bars and restaurant. We decided to stay a second night.Friendly and helpful staff

Only minus was that we could not open the window to get some fresh air in.
