    Pros +

    • I went with my wife to enjoy Semana Santa and we choose the best possible area to stay, in the middle of Granada's Old Town, close to the main attractions like the Cathedral, surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars. Affordable price, very nice staff.
    • Staying here felt like a dream! Having traveled 15 days in Spain and France with a different hotel every night, this place was the best! They had soaps, lotions, a welcome bottle of wine, a frig, a beautiful room, etc. The rooftop terrace and heated pool were amazing! Oh, and the breakfast was out of this world! We were exhausted from all of the travels, and laying in the sun napping above the city was dreamy!
    • Room was fairly well appointed and comfortable - however the duvet was too heavy and the pillows very hard personal thing I guess otherwise ok

    Cons -

    • Nothing, it was all great!
    • I booked this Hotel for the pool on top very disappointed to find it was closed apparently due to storms - you might have pointed that out somewhere - transparency is honestly nothing was open on top not even the bar area it was dark and dismal nothing like your photos........
    • I loved everything

Room was a good quality and location is amazing.

No parking - even though it says there is one, there was not. Heated pool - well it is probably heated, but not to the temperature its comfortable to stay in.

The room itself was clean and perfectly adequate, and the price was reasonable for the location. I have stayed in other Room Mate hotels before, including the one in Málaga, and have had very positive experiences with the group overall. The location was also convenient for exploring the city.

Compared with other Room Mate hotels I’ve stayed in, this one felt quite different in atmosphere. There wasn’t really a comfortable space to sit and relax, and the breakfast room is in a basement with no windows, which I personally found quite gloomy. It was also very warm downstairs, so I chose to have breakfast elsewhere the following morning. The room was very hot during my stay, and there was quite a strong smell coming from the toilet area. The staff were polite but I didn’t find the welcome particularly warm. Small details also made a difference, such as only two coffee pods being provided in the room and an additional charge for extras, and being given only one small milk portion when I asked for more. These things felt a little restrictive compared with other hotels in the same group.Overall the stay was fine, but not at the same level as other Room Mate hotels I’ve experienced, so it’s worth being aware that the experience can vary between hotels.

Fab location, clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and efficient staff.

I had a great experience in that hotel. The staff was kind and friendly. They left a small bottle of wine in our room for a welcome drink that was so cute. Our room was big enough and cleaned every day.

Location was great, parking was great, the room was lovely! The staff were lovely x

It was quite warm and we couldn’t seem to get it cooler. There was an issue with some water leaking in the building and we had inside windows so that was a bit noisy ( we had them open due to the warmth) but this was just a small thing.

So comfortable, perfect location, helpful staff, great breakfast. We would definitely return.

Eco-friendly hotel at an excellent location at the heart of the city. Everything is at a walking distance: Alhambra, Albaicin, idyllic shopping streets and bazars. Many good coffee shops literally just a few metres away. Very clean, beautiful decor. The heated pool on the roof offers a nice view of the city.

    Everything was perfect.

Great location. Amazing rooftop views. Super clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. We got a room with balcony and I highly recommend it. We were lucky it was sunny during our stay in January and just sitting on the balcony in the sun looking at the view was an experience on its own.

We loved everything. No complaints whatsoever.

    9Anna-maijaPosted on: 1-21-2026

Location and the rooftop pool, which we we allowed to use after check out too

The view from our room window, but the roof top pool views compensated it.

    10JomiPosted on: 1-20-2026

Modern, clean, really nice rooms. Breakfast was decently priced. Location couldn’t be better and the roof top terrace and the views were stunning.

    10EvanPosted on: 1-20-2026

The rooftop pool was awesome. Since it was heated i got to enjoy it on a chilly drizzly night. Breakfast was good. Staff was so nice. Bed was comfy. Balcony was beautiful.

The shower had inconsistent water temperature that fluctuated greatly.

Everything is great, good location nice personal

Big green light in the room that can't be turned off

Location, friendly staff, wonderful room , breakfast buffet

    No napkins in my room

    7MadhumathiPosted on: 1-5-2026

Room was in a central location, but also be aware that taxis cannot come to the door, you need to walk some 100 meters to the square around the corner. The staff were friendly - my partner was sick last 2 days of our stay. When we requested, they graciously allowed us to use the space on one of the floors until we needed to go. Thanks!

B'fast - limited choice esp. as vegetarian.

Location is great and pretty quiet considering where it is

The room was not comfortable, lights did not fully turn off, it was suffocatingly hot with heating turned off and even with window open, and bathroom flooded every time you had a shower
