Pros +
- This is a comfortable and clean place to stay, and the location in unbeatable. 15 min walk from train station, quiet street, but minutes from everything you need.
- Amazing locations and price ratio. The room was perfect for 2 people and we wouldn’t change anything. Special thanks to Manuel, the receptionist, who is such a lovely and friendly person. Thank you for all! :))
- If you want parking, you can stop at front of the hotel at the designeted places and do a checkin a get information about the parking garage and parker after that. Good location
Cons -
- The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy and the heating was on too high.
- We had a twin room and found the beds unusually narrow. Noisy for a street off the main street but it is in the centre so to be expected.
- They provide a kettle but no coffee mugs let alone tea bags or instant coffee. How cheap can you possibly be?

The hotel is well located, the rooms are spotless and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Great location and friendly staff who let us check in early when we appeared with our luggage.

The room was booked for my older daughter and myself. The location was great. My younger daughter lives in Calle San Juan de Dios, only a few minutes walk away. 10 mins from Plaza Santa Ana and right below Gran Via de Colón. For me it was ideally situated for sightseeing and visiting the center of Granada. We used their underground car park the 2nd day, though extremely tight for space, it was worth leaving the car parked up for the 2nd day I was there. The check in (2pm) and check out (12pm) times were great. And the young guy on reception was really helpful.I would be happy to stay again.
I had an issue with the room that I was allocated. Without asking, they issued me a budget double located on the ground floor next to reception instead of a double with balcony which was advertised on booking.com When I complained, I was told it was what I had booked. I insisted it wasn't. As I had booked the day before arrival there was no refund nor flexibility with my booking. On arrival I was told we were being upgraded. In reality, we were not, only given a smaller room, still on the ground floor but away from the comings and goings in reception. Except for this instance I would have given them a 9.
Good location, staff was very kind
Bed was small, air conditioner was too noisy
Friendly and helful staff. Easy distance to walk everywhere and it was so clean
Very good location to discover the city, even a bit noisy system but accurate air-condition system
Room is not giving the feeling of “Clean” - maybe it is but feeling is not. Bathroom is for hobbits not for regular bodies.
It was a good location
Not at all clean. We asked to change room but all the other rooms that we saw were in the same condition. Strand of hairs were in the pillow, the toilet was not clean at all and in general it wasn’t a good experience even though the pictures were capturing something else.
Staff cleanliness staff and price
Excellent location, staff
Not the property’s fault but sometime in our first night some alarm went off about the AC or I dunno what it was so it was a bit traumatic but I think it was an isolated case specifically in our room. Nevertheless the next nights were quiet and restful.
Really lovely traditional hotel. Room was a great size and very comfortable. Bathroom also great. We liked everything about the hotel. Location was very good, close to the centre.
Not applicable. We liked everything.

Staff were very helpful and the hotel provided hot water in reception, which was useful to make tea as breakfast wasn't included.
The rooms we had were an odd shape and not user-friendly.Our 4 bed room was 2 separate rooms with a passage to get to the bathroom. Plus there was a camera facing one of the rooms. So if you comeout the bath you have to pass the camera in your towel. Our triple room was at the end of the corridor and had to get through 2 doors before we got to our actual door. Which felt like forever to get in.Plus, the shower head was lose and I had to hold the lead to have a shower.. I did mention this to reception.
Amazing location, perfect for a 2-night stay! Right in the middle of center and Albaicin, walking distance to both!
Very noisy street, you can hear everything even at night.
The Staff were always helpful and pleasant no matter what time it was.Really quiet but seconds away from via Colon, the main thoroughfare. Very different feel to a higher road, Elvira, running parallel.Very easy to access the Alhambra area and lovely strolling through the woods in the peace of early morning. The beds were comfortable and although central the room was not at all cramped.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike.
