- Location, helpfulness of staff, breakfast, atmosphere
- Super friendly and helpful staff.. they gave us a key to keep access to the hotel after we checked out and we were able to use the lobby area and bathroom at night. They helped us book a taxi at 1am and he arrived on time. The location is amazing, a few minutes walk from St Nicolas mirador with the best views of Alhambra! Bus to Alhambra stops right outside the hotel. You get to experience the real feel of Granada. The breakfast is basic but the homemade cake was very good. I highly recommend it!!
- We received a warm welcome with personalized sightseeing recommendations and planning advice for our visit. At breakfast we really enjoyed and will remember the homemade yogurt and fresh lemonade.
Cons -
- Nothing!
- Light in bathroom was low. Wifi in bedroom was spotty upstairs. But who cares because I love the staff and place!
- Could have used a second comfortable chair and shells in the bathroom.

Loved the location. Loved the breakfasts. Loved the staff!
Basically everything! Host fantastic, breakfast great that includes the cook who makes the best eggs!!! Everyone is so kind! Coffee, water, and lemonade 24/7. The place is so home like. Recommend highly.

Very atmospheric house in a very historic location. Very comfy, and the staff extremely hospitable and helpful.
The location is perfect. You can walk into the city or get the bus just outside the hotel. There are lovely bars and restaurants in the square nearby. There hotel building is 16th century and is beautiful.
The building was authentic, and the room was well appointed and clean. The location was wonderful. The staff were most helpful and genuinely friendly.
The location and historic hotel. Breakfast was great.
Could have used a second comfortable chair and shells in the bathroom.
The hotel was very quirky. It was lovely to start the day with breakfast. There were always drinks available. The bus stop is just outside. The view of the Alhambra from our bedroom is stunning.. There are several squares for you to enjoy Spanish food near the hotel.
Nothing!
Excellent location, close to all attractions which are generally within walking distance (if reasonably fit). Breakfast was perfect with most items you would need.Staff all very friendly. Raff and Ingo perfect hosts and full of information about local must visit spots and bars etc.
Breakfast only available from 08.30. This caused inconvenience for activities and onward journey.
Earlier start to breakfast. Clearer instructions of how to reach the property.
Charming- staff wonderful & accommodating- clean- lovely breakfast
There was no view from our room and noisy on the weekend if window was open
The property is a cute and authentic house that has been renovated. It is very comfortable. The staff is super helpful and the breakfast staff is great, as is the food!
Everything! The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, Ingo recommended places to eat in the evening, some of which we would never have found ourselves. We also really appreciated that they organised a private tour guide to take us around the Alhambra and Albaicin, which really made our trip. The family-run hotel is located high up in the Albaicin and is a beautifully restored traditional house dating back many centuries. It is traditionally furnished, but the bedrooms were still equipped with air-conditionning and modern bathrooms. The continental breakfasts were good, including freshly made lemonade and made to order omelettes.
Everything was the best part of this hotel. But most importantly was the staff the receptionist and young woman who checked us in, was so very helpful and even made us a sandwich since we were leaving before breakfast started! So very friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal and the ambience of the hotel was Superb! Thank you for a great day.
What a fantastic find ! Situated in the centre of Albayzin but wonderfully peaceful. We were really made to feel at home. When we arrived, we were given a lot of very useful information about the areaDriving to the hotel is complicated but as long as you follow the precisely the information given it does workIt is invaluable to book a car parking slot with the hotel as there is virtually none free else where. Many great restaurants and bars close by. Easy walk down to city centre but can take the frequent 31 and 32 buses
