Pros +
- This was one of many hotels we stayed at traveling through Spain, but it was the most disappointing. To expensive for location... To expensive for the economy room we had to upgrade because it was so little... 10 Euros extra a night.
- Everything except the noise level from outside the room and the very very very bad attitude of the check-in clerk.
- Nice facility.
Cons -
- Everything... Had a bad vibe from the get go Charged additional charge for everything thing
- No comfortable chair in the bedroom. No pull out cosmetic mirror in the bathroom. Expensive (€30 per person) to avail of the spa and aqua facilities, with a ninety minute limit.
- Bedroom walls were quite thin, I could hear neighbours using the toilet.. Spa is Seperate, so no visits included with the price of your room; usually you get 1 so that was a bit disappointing. Children could only go in the mornings 10-12 so restricting. Staff seemed short, you usually have to wait for someone to appear. We were initially checked in to an unclean/ unprepared room. Parking was available at €54 for 3 nights so more than expected.

Nice facility.
The location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Good size bedroom, excellent breakfast.

Staff were polite, location was excellent and close to everything we wanted. Rooms were comfortable enough. Views very pretty. Parking was secure, though lift in and out a little crazy. Our car windscreen got a courtesy clean before we left.

Good location ,as we had planned.Maria on the desk was EXCELLENT!! 10 out of 10.Parking was as we expected.
The fact the restaurant was closed for lunch on Sunday when we arrived after travelling! Very disappointed. Our falt that we should have studied the small print that said Spa was closed on a Monday. For a 4 star hotel the room was cramped. No chair etc.
Super friendly personales. We spent Christmas there and the bartender really made us feel like home. Receptionist also very nice. Great location especially if you want to go to Siera Nevada
A bit outdated, breakfast very expensive and weird check system (annoying a bit).
Great coffee and service.
Tostado was not good; tasteless white bread and not properly toasted.
The staff was nice and the spa was really nice
The rooms are to old bit disappointed
It was in a great positionThe spa was lovelyThe staff were very friendly
Car park lift was a bit tight and car parking a bit expensive
The hotel was very nice and clean, with convenient on-site parking. It was easy to catch a taxi to the Alhambra, El Albaicín, and the old city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Very good location, clean, very good service
Superb
The spa was unexpected. There weren't many features, but the treatment was good.
The room was small, but fit our needs, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located, good access to public transport, friendly staff, nice breakfast.... overall a very good value for money!
It was all good. I had an important hospital appointment. We also used the spa.
More milk needed in room.
The place was nice expensive for what it was the spa was very expensive
The staff wasn’t very helpful
Super helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and tidy.Great breakfast
The Hotel is about a 20 min walk from the main centre and 45 mins walk from the Alhambra and Albaicin Quarter but taxis are plentiful. The room is large with good amenities and the bed is comfy. I booked a 90 minute session in their Spa before arrival and the pools are gorgeous. The steam rooms were not hot enough for me but the sauna was! I stayed 3 nights before moving on.
I found the staff dismissive and did not get the welcome I have come to expect in Spain. Noone was rude per say but just not particularly helpful. I wanted an iron on arrival, I had to give a 20 Euro deposit before it was handed over and was told the ironing board would be put in my room by Housekeeping. After a day it never arrived so I gave back the iron….. on the day of departure check out is until 12 and at 10.50 the room staff knocked asking what time I was going, which on its own is ok but in conjunction with all the other interactions with staff it felt very impersonal. If you just are passing through its fine, but the hospitality is lacking.
We loved the breakfast and the spa. The fact that the water in the fridge was for free was not mentioned anywhere. Nice gesture but why not talk about it?
The hotel is in need of a makeover. For example, the buttons of the elevator can hardly be pressed anymore. Check-in was very long and uncomfortable. There is hardly any restaurant or cafe in the area. It's really remote. What annoyed us the most was the horrible payment process. We were informed that we should transfer the money to their bank without any explanation and prior to our stay. Eventually we found out that they simply didn't accept Amex but Visa was fine. Also, the response time whether the hotel was accessible after the total powercut in Spain took hours. So we were literally unsure whether we could come or not for a long time - even though services had long been restored. Their emails were only in Spanish. Their VIP club didn't send any confirmation after applying for membership. Is this really a 4 star hotel??
Very comfortable and well located for a good price.
The glasses available in the room were not cleaned or changed everyday. They haven’t a rule to change the towels.
