The location is good. It's quiet but close to downtown.

We booked a triple room with balcony and a double room with terrace. Because two of us couldn't go anymore, we messaged the hotel to see if it was possible to get two double rooms instead and get the price difference refunded. They first said we had to go through Booking, but then sent us another message saying they had contacted Booking, who had given the okay so there should be no problems. Turns out, they gave us two basic double rooms worth half of the other ones, and didn't want to give us the price difference back, even after escalation with Booking. The front staff was very uninterested in helping, same with the hotel management who wrote me to say we had to go through Booking to make a change request, which was impossible to do after the stay. So they insist every change has to be made through booking, but they made the decision to give us basic rooms and keep the extra money, and then, even when we went through Booking, they refused to give us a refund. I'd stay clear of this type of establishment.

Our stay at Casual Ilbira Granada was so wonderful that what was meant to be a one-night visit turned into a four-day stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Granada. The location is absolutely perfect, central and convenient, with easy access to the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet still peaceful enough for a great night’s sleep.This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Casual Ilbira Granada to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an unbeatable location. Everything was great.

The hotel was a short walk to all of the city’a biggest attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quirky and definitely exceeded our expectations. We appreciated all of the small things, from friendly front desk staff to toiletry kits and cute quotes scattered around the room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Casual Iibiria Granada , is where everything you want in a an amazing stay and hotel experience comes together in perfect stay way! From the start amazing staff Angel, Maria were always there to assist and welcome you, and Jose offering suggestions catering a wonderful private memorable tour for you, to the fun vibe , decor , super comfy bed, with 4 pillows for that extra luxurious feeling, ritual brands in the bathroom ! Has a bidet!And the location is fantastic !!!! Public transport right out side the hotel and with great restaurants like the shawarma shop next door ! The rooftop view ! I just can’t say enough about what a hidden gem this location is and felt more like an Urban City center cousin of a 4 seasons Highly recommend and will stay again at a minutes notice.Thanks again to Angel ! Loved everything

The location was excellent.

This seemed more like a 3 star than 4 star hotel. Rooms on ground floor a bit worn, shower very simple, carpet very worn.

Staff was friendly and helpful

the bathroom was separated from the room only by a glass section (not providing full privacy), and the bathroom door wasn't opening properly.

This is definitely not a 4 stars. I think it only could be a 2 stars hotel. Very small and an old property with some new nice wallpapers covered in everywhere.

Location of hotel was convenient. The room itself was fine. The bus to Alhambra was just outside the door and payment can be made with a credit card.

There is a small square in front of the hotel. My room faced that square. Both nights, during the night, people were out there talking and woke me up. One night they started around 3 AM and went on for more than a half hour. By that time I was so awake I had trouble getting back to sleep. Even though breakfast was not included, there was a sign in the lobby indicating breakfast. It turned out to be just a coffee machine.

Helpful available staff. Great views from rooftop. Got a free upgrade. Awesome breakfast. Sufficient heating systems during really cold weather.

I wish I could have stayed more. Best hotel in Andalusia.

We picked this hotel for its location, walking distance to the Alhambra and the main attractions of the city. It’s near a main street but noise was not a problem. Also very safe, like the entire city. There is no parking directly at the hotel but a public one close by (3min walk). The cost was also very attractive compared to other options. Great pick if you’re visiting Granada for 1 or 2 nights!

Our room came with breakfast included (basic, not outstanding). Some Iberico ham would have been nice!

Excellent location next to the city center. The room was large and quiet for an awesome two night stayed.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Everyone spoke excellent English

The staff is one of the most helpful I have ever seen. They are really good.

The room is old, bed sheets are so strange which was so uncomfortable. The carpet feels extremely dirty. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. The biggest problem is the toilet and the bathroom which is almost next to the bed.

It was impossible to park so I didn’t visit the property. There should have been a notice that parking was not available anywhere in this town

It was central but located in a quiet neighborhood. We were welcomed by Javier and he was very helpful and suggested a few good places of where to eat. The bed was really comfortable and has a good hot and cold shower. It is close to a few shops, cafes and tapas bars. The good thing about this hotel is it is close to the bus stops (C30 & C32) going to Al Hambra. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend this place to other people.

We stayed in a room with balcony. Although the room has a good sound proof, you could still here cars and bikes in the road. I think if we will stay here again next time, I will book a room with no balcony. ?Also, we had a little bit of an issue with the AC on our last night as it wasn't working properly.

I would have liked not to have carpet in the room and the blow dryer to be placed not in such a “dangerous” spot on top of the toilet

The 24 he reception, perfect location, close to all attractions, buses and trains were super close and very walkable to everything. Lovely staff, Marina was very sweet and welcoming. Tysm for the wonderful stay! We would come back. Modern hotel.
