- The rooftop common area is the best. The view from it was very beautiful! They offer free breakfast, which was very simple and nice! The place very pretty.
- Wonderful place, met lots of great people, they have super cozy social space and good view of the snow mountains. Staff are also friendly and helpful! Is my best part on Granada! :)
- Such a great vibe. The reviews didn't disappoint. Location was great, up on the hill with views of the cathedral down every alley as you walk into town. The staff were like family, and I made great friends at the hostel meals and events.
Cons -
- It's in the neighborhood up on the hill, which we did not see it coming but totally worth it for the rooftop view. There was nothing we disliked.
- Nothing!
- Rooftop and courtyard close at midnight. These are such great spots to hang. Even though there are common rooms inside, it felt like the party ended every night.

Looks of it and the dogs
I got the upper bank it was super hot at night
Good location! Good view of Alhambra!Comfortable bed and very clean
I came at 4am late and the key code was not functioning I write it like very time and it was not working! Also the staff was not at the place I stayed for 45min outside and I was very sleepy! Until a guest comes and opens the door! If it didn’t happen I could stay all the night outside! Also I called the hostel number many times and no one is responding! If it weren’t for that I would say it was a good stay
I loved the staff, the breakfast, the chill and friendly vibe
The girl who coughed all night in my dorm, but the staff were super nice and allowed me to change rooms :)
The staff were magnificent, if I wasn’t walking the Camino I would have stayed for longer, Kevin is a good lad
Best hostel that I have tried in Granada. Feels very homely, like sleeping over at a friend's.The rooms arent overcrowded and there are enough bathrooms for everyone
amazing tomatoes on toast for breakfast, great places to sit to eat and relax, nice people around, genuine interactions and sense of belonging in the experience of travelling
I've stayed at a lot of Hostels but this was the best I've ever found. Fernando and everyone helping at the hostal are so welcoming and friendly I found the hostal interesting, clean, warm and welcoming. The other guests there were also lovely. Really enjoyed being part of the music nights.
Nothing. Maybe the rain, but that wasn't anything to do with the hostal.
Pool felt super unswimable cuz gross n chemicals but my main beef is the staff kept intruding into my (granted shared) room to clean while I was sleeping. This happened 2/3 of my mornings. And the blaring music at all times (into my room ofc) did me wrong and would wake me up every morning. I value my rest, they didn’t value mine, but I’m certain this place is wonderful for some people.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the privacy in the bunks was better than other hostels. The building itself is beautiful, and I especially enjoyed the patio for breakfast and the rooftop patio. The location is amazing for exploring the Albacyin and sunset viewpoints and very close to everything else, but feels tucked away on a quieter street. There were ample bathrooms and showers with high quality facilities that were always clean! The best hostel I have ever stayed at.
It would be great if there were more coat/towel hooks in the 6 bed Serengeti room (only 3 coat hooks, but 6 people). All of the staff were great except for one who made me feel like I was a burden, but that could just be my perception. Also our door made a loud creak, which could be easily fixed with a little oil on the hinges. :)
It has a very good location and there is many common places you can enjoy the night breeze.Quiet and pleasant environment. The staff were very friendly and helped a lot.
Atmosphere, staff, dogs
Not a lot of space, too many beds in a room
Having spend 10 days in Spain, this is the best hostel I stayed in Spain. Everything is perfect for a hostel, the bed area is Isolated from other guest so you can sleep well
You need to climb a small hill to find
My stay in this place was amazing . Booking itself located on the historical part of Granada from where view is breathtaking. Inside friendly crew and atmospheric decor of the place. One can seat close to the stove and chill with nice companion. Need to say that beds were comfortable and no noise while sleeping .
Friendliest people work there Cleanness every space for using Breakfast excelente everyday
Nothing to say
The place is nice, boho style, colorful and clean. You can have privacy with the little curtains on the bed, the bathroom is clean, the workers are kind and available. There are also two dogs at the reception that let my staying be more fun and cute.
Wow, this has to be one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in globally. Ideally located in the very heart of Granada (although admittedly up a steep hill - pack light!), I was warmly welcomed by a bilingual member of staff and given the grand tour of the building, and believe me it is grand! Such a beautiful, historic building, and so tastefully decorated! To top it off, the pillow and mattress were a luxurious memory foam - the most comfortable I've ever slept on in any holiday accommodation anywhere!! Everyone was friendly and there was a lovely vibe between guests and staff. I really couldn't have asked for more. Sadly, my phone was broken so I couldn't take any photographs of the house and surrounding area.
I think it's well-recognised now across hostels globally that nobody wants to stay in a dormitory with snoring strangers, and there's definitely scope for upgrading at least some of the dormitory rooms into smaller, 2-bed rooms without losing any beds themselves, so I really hope the hostel looks into this over the coming couple of years.
I had a private room and it was very cute & cozy in a different building to the hostel but I still was able to enjoy the breakfast in the hostel and meet other travellers whilst also enjoying my own room best of both worlds! Staff were very helpful and friendly
Nothing I loved it
