The staff was very friendly and helpful with information of the town. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for getting to the Alhambra;we took a taxi up but walked down a path that lead directly to the hotel.

Parking situation is challenging, at best. The hotel's directions to the designated parking garage were unmanageable. The area has extremely narrow streets, many one-way. Stress level was high when we arrived.

The suite 301 was huge and ultra awesome! Great view of the Alhambra, huge bed, super comfortable, huge and modern bathroom with an amazing shower. The staff was great. Great location, just perfect. We tried to stay another day and it was sold out.

It’s really pretty inside. Very clean, good location and complimentary wine!! Receptionist was so helpful with suggestions and a lovely manner.

I really loved the view and the location. The room was really comfortable but as in some reviews, you can quiet hear the people in the rooms above or on the side nevertheless all in all the stay at the hotel was amazing and I would repeat again!:)

Amazing atmosphere, very relaxing space and very close to restaurants, bars and the Alhambra. The staff are polite and eager to assist. The room is beautifully decorated. I would visit again! Also, there is a small coffee shop downstairs with specialty coffee.

Very charming bu8lding, perfectly located to see all attraction of granada. Charming internal patio. Excellent breakfast and coffee. But best is the staff and particularly Antonio that saved our days in granada, finding impossible tickets for alahmbra and giving us a lot of good suggestions. Excellent price quality ratio

Excellent location to visit the city. Comfy bed. Good room size. Nice bathroom with good hairdryer. Complimentary bottles of water. Coffee machine and kettle available for free on each floor. Good wifi.

Great location! Hotel remodeled in a beautiful old courtyard historic building. The front desk staff Antonio was very welcoming and gave great tips re. visiting the Alhambra gardens…Truly enjoyed my stay there in Granada and will definitely go back….gracias

Interior - both the room and whole hotel, so stylish. Bed - very comfortable. Location - easy access to the city centre and Alhambra, but not noisy. I will definitely use this hotel again when I go back to Granada.

Lovely small flat, cosy and well decorated. We’ve been in December so a quieter time but all restaurants and shops around were opened and it was very quiet at night. Lovely small balcony with a view on the cute river, very nice small street and close to the mirador and the Alhambra.
