The breakfast was good but could to be more variated

I recently stayed at Hotel Roxy Plaza and had a lovely experience overall. The location is fantastic—right by Soave’s medieval walls, making it a comfortable base for exploring northern Italy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views of the castle and vineyards, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast was a bit limited, and if you’re traveling with a car, be sure to book parking in advance as spaces fill up quickly.

The hotel is in a superb location just opposite the bus stop (really handy if travelling by bus from Verona) and just outside Soave's city wall. The hotel has is very clean and has all the facilities you would expect. I turned up early and there was no problem in booking in early. The breakfast was really nice.

Breakfast is ok, the your boy work for reception is very good.

A business style hotel so a bit clinical. No one to really serve breakfast,just a buffet laid out.

our second time at the hotel, we took the larger room, on the corner, unfortunately to the steet so it was a little bit noisy, its a classic hotel, 80 s style, clean, open 24 h, we enjoyed our stay.

The beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep because of it, The room was very clean and pretty. The shower was also small and hard to turn around once in it.

The hotel is very well located next to the Soave wall, which was a pleasant surprise as I didn't know the place. Easy to access and spacious room. Very good breakfast.

Roxy Plaza sounds like some Las Vegas casino, but Hotel Roxy Plaza in Soave is far from that, it’s in fact a classic hotel right on the edge of the walled town of Soave and the junior suite has a wonderful view of the castle. When you walk into the hotel you’ll receive a warm welcome from the receptionist and the atmosphere is immediately warm and inviting. Breakfast and cleaning staff all excellent, the underground parking was large enough for an SUV. We enjoyed our stay. Soave is a lovely little town from the Middle Ages complete with castle and moated town wall, it is vibrant especially on Sundays with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, small shops. The Soave wine area is also interesting for walkers and cyclists. Tip: should you wish to take the train to Verona, San Bonifacio is the local station with a 20-25 minute connection to Verona.

Location, enough parking spaces arround. Good base for visiting Verona, but also for going on a short trip to Citadella and walking to the Soave Castle.

Best hotel in Soave and surroundings. We visited this hotel for many times and we are always overwhelmed. Room is spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. It is situated in front of medieval walls. It is excellent for walking and strolling in Soave. There is a car garage for a surcharge. Staff is very polite. Breakfast is delicious.

Everything was perfect - big, clean rooms with big a bathroom. Extremely nice location right next to the castle. The staff in the hotel were also very polite. Nice basic breakfast. We will definitely come back!

The location is wonderful and the rooms large and well appointed. The parking is off road and safe.

The air conditioning was not working, the temperature outside was just under 30c. The reception explained they knew about the problem since the day before, but did not mention this when we checked in. They told us it would be broken for the duration of our stay and offered no solution. Only after requesting to cancel the room did the daughter of the owner, who tried very hard to find an alternative for us, offer us an alternative room. Sadly, the apartment room we were given was not properly cleaned. On the following morning the breakfast buffet had seen better days and the staff were too busy with private conversation to refill the milk in the coffee machine or replenish the offering. Although contact was taken up directly with the owner the response was, in my view, weak and lacking compassion for the poor situation that had developed. A simple apology from the owner would certainly of helped rather than reaffirming a disinterest in our experience. The hotel under normal circumstances will provide excellent value for money. However, should problems arise I have my concerns that they will be dealt with professionally.

The hotel is very well situated right outside the city wall. Great facilities, the room and the restaurant were top notch. The staff, including the reception, the restaurant and the maids were very welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate to book again. Very satisfied with your stay.

Would highly recommend staying here! Good location right outside the medieval walls of Soave. The staff are so friendly, specifically Raffaele and Simone on the reception desk. Nothing was ever too much for them and they made us feel comfortable even though we’re tourists. Raffaele gave us a lot of help with places to eat and places to go around Italy, not just specifically Soave. The breakfast they offer is small but varied enough to enjoy every morning included, and they have gluten free options. These are pre-packaged items such as bread, biscuits, rice cakes etc. with then fresh fruits, yoghurts and cold cuts to accompany this.The rooms are clean, always clean and tidied every morning and the views from the hotel are lovely.

Perfect location, comfortable, clean.

Poor breakfast for a 4 star. No warm dishes, not even bacon or eggs, which i think is quite unusual. Rather small room.
