Nice room with large balcony, peacefull, clean, good price, friendly owner, good breakfast, ideal for rest and biking.

A good menu for self-service breakfast with you can have by the pool

Great breakfast with a lot of choice (eggs, cheese, bread, fruit, ...) Very clean hotelroom in a quite little village close to Umag.

Perhaps the thickness of the walls and doors. Sound is passing through BUT ... nothing bad (people could be a little quieter)

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious.

Very clean rooms, and very friendly cleaners. Pool and pool area was perfect, and breakfast waaay beyond expectations - so good!

Only negative would be that you couldn’t get a free coffee during the day, a little kettle in the room or similar would’ve been great!

We really appreciated the calm area with a good equipped and clean appartment. The breakfast accomplished our expectations and there was a lot of choice for everyone. Fresh bread and enough fruit. The staff was realy friendly and helpful.

The parking lot for cars in the area of hotel was large, but unfortunately not enough so that all guests could park with their auto directly inside the area.

Clean and cozy property with swimming pool. Šeherzada, girl on the reception, gave great rexommendations for local restaurant with really delicious food (Restaurant Melon) and great (rocky and sandy) beach called Špina.

I can't recommend highly enough. Probably the cleanest hotel i have ever been. The staff is kind and always ready to help. The place is really peaceful, the beaches are near by.

Really nice and new refurbished room! Staff are really nice and helpful (they order us dinner as we cannot drive to Umag) and find solutions for us!

Lovely welcome on arrival, perfect English from everyone at Reception. Everyone very keen to please. The swimming pool is a huge bonus. Ground floor room with a terrace overlooking the pool was also a great location. Breakfast was extensive, cheeses, salamis, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit and different breads. Have stayed there twice now and found it very welcoming, good value for money.

Guests smoking on the terrace or by the pool! (particularly annoying if you're sitting on your own terrace having to smell smoke)

The hotel is amazing. Good location 15 minutes from the city cetre, beautiful and clean swimming pool, nice rooms, friendly and caring staff. Breakfast was great and abundant with variety of options. We also enjoyed the policy that allows only children from 10 and older, the place is particularly peaceful! Will come back for sure.

The bathroom did not have a ventilation but a specific heating lamp, that was not a big deal since the towels are changed regularly

Rather basic, thin walls - neigbours fully exposed, breakfast - no seasonal fruits. Basically, lacking ‘soul’

Quiet location, very friendly and helpful ( made us an evening meal even though the restaurant was closed), made an effort to provide dairy free breakfast, nice 12m swimming pool. Delicious coffee, decent buffet breakfast

VERY friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner. Dinner was at the restaurant from the hotel, would recommend the beefsteak and red wine. We had some relaxing days at the swimming pool. The interior of the room is cosy.

We liked the breakfast, the friendly and helpful staff,nice parking, okay location not far from Umag.

When we stayed the roads were not working so we had to drive on the unfinished rough street which was not good.

The pool and terrasse around were nice, the breakfast as well and the staff was welcoming (caution that the reception is only from 8am to 8pm). Lots of parking space around that makes it easy.

The road to access the hotel was under massive construction and it takes 3x more time to arrive than what the gps was saying. It is a labyrinth of sand roads around the hotel and it is easy to get lost. The room was confortable but very bad insonorisation (we heard the neighbor snoring) and confort was 3 stars no more. We were definitely expecting more for the price and it is not the best quality/price for me.
