Hotel Aurora Plava Laguna

The staff is great, very friendly. The food is good and varied. We like that there's an entertainment program every evening.

The rooms are outdated and would benefit from some refreshing. The built-in hairdryer in the room has an unpleasant smell of stale tobacco, works for only a few minutes, and then requires about ten minutes before it can be used again. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to borrow a hairdryer at the reception, as they said they don’t have any available. In the children’s corner, some of the animators seemed disinterested and made little or no effort to engage with the children.

The location of the hotel, the territory, the breakfasts are beyond praise! Every day there are new dishes, the service in the restaurant is at a high level! Everything is very tasty! Fresh fruits!

Some rooms have an unpleasant smell, we were given a choice, two of them smelled unpleasant, under our bed we found someone's dirty socks, dust on the headboard, not all the cabinets can be opened - since there is little space they are simply blocked by a nightstand, for example.

It was a perfect stay! The location and beach is amazing! It’s even sandy inside the water. The food was great too! The only thing is, that the furnitures and design of the rooms is already outdated!

It has been our forth time here ,at this hotel ,so we would have liked to stay longer. unfortunatelly it was not possible ( it was fully booked) we hope to return in the near future.

Beautiful place by the side of even more beautiful sea. Services at a professional level, in the kitchen everyone can choose what they like to eat and drink, the pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, animators, evening program just completed a wonderful vacation.

Location is great right by the sea, all inclusive room plenty to drink and eat : )

Everything was good, there were no disappointments. Staff were nice, everything was clean, food was good, guests were friendly, very close to sea.

Noise isolation, it’s quite noisy until midnight, people slamming doors and seems like walls between bathrooms are made out of paper

Very poor furniture, room. Food quality is like cafeteria

Thought it was clean until I discovered cockrouches.

Bad insulation, loud, noisy, bad AC , food from can - I mean supermarket ready done stuff is good comoared to this junk, overcrowded, pond instead of pool - when saw kids pool my son was arguing with me its not kids pool but place to wash your feet, rock solid beds - luckily last night I moved on sofa bed with my kid which had ontop mattress so I managed to get few h of sleep, Absolute disaster. All doors are so squicky - we had to oil them ourselves but still you can hear other people coughing like they are in your room. Worst thing was when I finally managed to fall aslep around 5am , guy comes near by at 6:30 am with a leaf blower...

Food and location near sea were great :-D

Food was great and different each day.

I do not thibk it iis for soli travelers. It is too far from the city, crowded, and not enogh things to do.

We felt some of the hot food was repetitive. Many sauces and seasoning on meats were too salty. The red wine was not very good, definitely too tart.Our shower was very hard to use, the low shower head and the narrow deep bathtub.

It was dirty. Our room was above the ventilation and was constantly noisy. The bathroom roof was destroyed and full of spider webs. There were no ventilation inside the bathroom. The air conditioning was locked for the whole hotel and our thermostat was not working. The towels were dirty and we had to ask MULTIPLE times to have them replaced with clean ones. They didn’t wanted to play a football match on the TV inside the lobby bar for us. The coffee machine was terrible on breakfast.

Located on the beach. The food was ok. Size of the room was great (sea side).

The room was rather dirty (full of dust when we came and also during the stay they didn't vacuum the floor). The door can't be locked when you are inside the room (children can easily open the door and sneak out of the room). No indoor pool. Pretty noisy in the evening.

27.4. the workers started with construction work on the outside pool / it should be everything prepaired for the main season.. but there was a building ground!

Personnel was extremely friendly and fast.

Food was good but more like in a cantine. Many old guests witch are out of our age range.Queen bed were only two beds next to each other which make it very uncomfortable.We could hear every voice from the neighbours bathroom

The best part; it’s just in seaside. Hotel, the pool, green field and the sea are in very short distance. Easy to walk.There are live music and shows at night, which is another good part.Sport activities, animation are fine and joyful.With family, it’s ok.

It’s an old hotel.Hotel rooms are not soundproof and you always hear what other neighbors are doing or talking.The food is not the best. If you want to taste more food, then you must be there immediately when the buffet is open. We stayed 1 week and there was no french fries at all in the options of menu.Staff is generally not cheerful. There are some exceptions of them, many thanks to them! But in majority they are not so kind. They don’t even say greetings when you meet them in corridor or in bar, restaurant..I also very surprised when people crush to another, they don’t say sorry and just go on their way.
