Excellent is location, inside pool, parking, room size and bed, staff, value

To small shower room, to hot in room without possibility to regulate whatever you press on cooling/heating module, food is basic without any inovation and local touch and excellence of Istria.

We used to visit this hotel very often. Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Sunbed and umbrellas are free of charge for the guests on the beach.Umag downtown is approx. 30 minutes walk from the hotel. There are several restaurants near to the hotel but with hp you don’t need it.

The bathroom gets very outdated. For a 4* hotel and for this price it’s not acceptable.

It was quiet, cossy, clean, staff was great, spa also, it is great for runners, walkers, bikers...

Room was clean, staff was nice, food was good a lot of options.. a little bit of everything for everyone, close to the beach.

Great location, about 20 minute walk to city centre. A lot of food options, you can find something for yourself. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Great value for price.

We liked the nature, nearby clean beaches and trails, beautiful mediterranean trees and plants, plenty of walking areas with lungo mare and sport facilities. Spa and wellness center are excellent, variety of buffet meals fine, staff friendly. Close and handy parking area.

Missing information that the reception and breakfast&dinner and spa center is in another building because Residence is actually depandance part of the hotel and you need to check-in and have meals in another building. We don't mind walking to another building but it would be fair to have this information in advance.Presentation of meals/food could be better. Bed mattresses should be changed for much better quality. Missing facility to dry beach towels and swimming suits.

Slightly outdated hotel in need of modernization.

Rooms are small but nice and clean, they have a bike room where you can store your bike. It’s close to the beach, deck chairs and towels included in the price, also wellness and fitness which we didn’t use because the weather was very nice. Staff was nice and chatty. Food tasted great and there was many options you could choose from. I would definitely recommend. It was a great stay

The staff was very attentive, polite and friendly. I received even a small gift to my birthsday. Local drinks for free to dinner.

The location

When you book they say dinner is included in the price you pay. They don't mention that you don't even get water with your dinner, you have to pay extra to get water with your food. Ridiculously cheap management. The jacuzzi was very cold, we asked if it's turned off or something is broken. The stuff told us it is set to 30 celsius because "most guests like it that way", but there were no other guests. In a few minutes we left.During the entire stay we never felt like we are guests. A staff member is just walking around putting papers on cars because he prefers them to park somewhere else even though they do not bother anyone and there is no space. He should be reminded that the guests are there to relax not to be disturbed with BS all the time.There is a lot to learn for this hotel about how to give service. Overall a terrible experience for a high price.
