Location, family room with a balcony. Delicious breakfast and dinner with lots of choices.

Good choice of food, nice and friendly staff

A room was a little bit small (had a baby bed beside ours). The loud music from somewhere near was really disturbing. Happened both nights and lasted until 3am. Not the hotel fault but left us a bit tired :)

Huge pool outside, not so big and not for small kids but inside pool, Game Center(a little bit expensive €2=1 token), playground outside, playground inside (out of order though), quiet location, very near from the beach, beautiful green yard in front of the hotel

It’s huge hotel so I understand but the cleanliness was really bad!! In our room there were ants!! Very disgusting! Under the shower box the part was broken, in the inside pool the handrails were rusty.

We had a great time.Perfect for families with children.Breakfast and dinner were great.Sand beach is nearby, five min walk.

The personel was always ready to help. We shortened our stay due to weather & got some money back. We were pleasantly surprised by this attitude.

We had to solve few thing after our arrival: (dozens of ants in the room, broken electrical socket, torn baby cot). Almost nobody was using the outside pool as the water was too cold (22-23 °C). The see was much warmer.

We went to Sea Star festival and it was great stay for that. Good location, nice pools, big bathroom.

Generously sized rooms with spacious balcony, pools, facilities and entertainment for kids, tasty food, reasonably priced restaurant, everything was clean. We generally enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to families.

There is either no air conditioning in the dining hall or it’s not working properly - we had half board and the experience of dining in overcrowded and overheated restaurant overshadowed the otherwise very pleasant experience with this hotel. Also the inability to pay with bank card in some bars/restaurants within the complex was frustrating, as in 2024 there should be more customer friendly solutions to identify guest’s room number than carrying a paper card cover in wet swimsuit pocket. Also, why is the water in the pools ice cold?

The food was good. The room was clean and tidy. Having an aqua park was nice for children. Being close to the sea and having a sandy beach was a special thing.

Even though the weather was so hot, the pools were really cold. We could only stay in them for 15 minutes at most.The aquapark really needs maintenance. It leaks water everywhere and especially when sliding. I had peelings on my back area. I hope these will be fixed. Then it will be even better.

Perfect breakfast and dinner...for dinner you can drink also beer and wine for free. Kids oriented hotel,animation programs during day and evening,kids under 11,99 snack,drinks for free during a day. Swimming pools super,dont forget to ask for towels for free, beach not far from hotel,there is a sand beach, contrete plates and stones. Little train to Umag for 4 eur adults, 2 children till 10 years. Near hotel on the left side,there is a market place with many restaurants,ice creams and shops.Conclusion: nice holiday with children ;)

It had alot of facilities for children, it was very close to the beach, the internet was very good, I could hold two work meetings without any problems from my room

There was no kettle in the room, the restaurant did not have air-conditioning so it was very hot and we were sweating while eating breakfast and dinner, made it hard to enjoy the food. For some reason the rice was always undercooked and very hard to chew.

Rezort top,full kids entertainment so many pools to choose sand beach not far from hotel, perfect for family with kids.Food was always tasty and so many to choose. And whole hotel staff just so friendly. All we can say we have got perfect holiday time.

I had a small request from the staff on what to find in my room for my wife.The staff when beyond their duty to make the request as nice as possible. That realy make our stay nicer and my wife was very happy.Breakfast was very very good

Good location with lot of walking zones near by.

Dirty under the beds, mold on bread in a restaurant, cheating waiters, useless lobby bar with 5to1 diluted juice as a welcome drink

Hotel is ok, clean, family rooms are big and well equiped. Sauna/spa space is clean and the lady working there is polite, only polite person in hotel.

Staff in restaurant and bar is very unpleasant and even rude. Dinner is poorly organized, not enough space for all guests, to enter restaurant for dinner in any time of the evening you have to wait in huge line.

Almost everything was okay, pepi show, diverse food we could choose each day etc.

We visited now for the 3rd time plava laguna and this hotel 2nd time. Last year we were allowed to accompany our daughter for lunch where children got the “free meal” which was included in the price. This time we were also allowed for the first day, but on the second day of our stay miss Lorena from the hotel staff at the entrance, told us we cannot do that. I asked if they have changed the rules, because you can’t expect from 5yo child to know where to go and ask for a meal, especially when in a foreign country as she would not understand, but she refused to allow us to go with her, saying there are other kids doing it without any problem. If she would not be staring at her phone the whole time she might notice they were a lot older. I have been talking with other parents waiting outside and they were surprised as well. Not in a good way. In my opinion this is a big mistake. Since than we did not even come there anymore.

It's perfect for the kids. Non stop activities, aqua park for the kids, slides, many pools, sandy beaches, good show during the night.

The food. It was bearly an avarage.

Pools are great, room was nice, good design, the floor could have been more clean (between the two beds...and under). Otherwise, looked great. The breakfast also good, expected variety was there, but nothing special.

We just realised that this hotel is mainly for families with kids. It was very noise in the restaurant. We stayed there because of the Umag Tennis Tournament and this was the official hotel for the players as well.
