Clean, modern Hotel.

Aircon in the room didn't work very well, a bit stuffy, just about manageable. Didn't complain as we only stayed for 2 nights. Staff were fantastic and very helpful with local info . Also a little bit off the beating track (20 minute walk)from all the main restaurants and bars. Taxis are cheap.

lacking in evening atmosphere which we believe due to restaurant and bar contracted to external company who also run the pool bar until 7pm. Few people seemed to use restaurant & hence bar often unavailable The information given by the hotel states bar open until 10.30pm. This was never the case Restaurant and bar closed on Tuesday Having said that, the food in the restaurant was very good Good location. minutes from the lake & short walk to local town which has good selection of restaurants Minor point, no English TV news channel

The staff was amazing. Very nice and helpful. The room was clean and big. The bed was comfortable. The room had a window to the pool and full of light.

The location was uncomfortable. Very far from the center. Around 25 minutes walk. I thought Peschiera was small and I didn't check how far from the center was the hotel. That meant taxi to center and to the boat for going to other towns. The breakfast could be better. Small selection of cheese and meat. No fresh veggies besided small tomatoes that weren't to good. Possible to improve.

The stuff was very friendly and assited when needed. The SPA is great.Breakfast is ok. Massage was very good.

we were given a room next to busy road, like literally 1 meter from it. we couldn't sleep the first night, for the second we had to use earplugs, it was extremely loud.we asked for a different room but hotel was unable to accommodate.they should remove fitness from amenities, so disappointing. no plant based options for breakfast, so we skipped it

Location is convenient, but not near the lake, so views are of vineyards and the main roads. Breakfast choice was excellent. Highlight for us was the spa, sauna, steam and jacuzzi were a nice way to finish a day.We used the hotel as our base for visits to Canevea, Movieland and Monte Baldo.Close to Verona, so trip back to airport was 40mins.There is a very nice resteraunt, with what appeared to be a very nice menu. We didn't try it, simply due to the extensive choices and locations on the doorstep.

Overall we were happy. The staff were professional and polite. But not friendly, thats not being negative. Because the hotel is clearly aiming for a more adult only, relaxed and peaceful vibe. There were children here, but I'd go somewhere else if you have young children. It was mainly couples. So would be an excellent choice for any couple seeking a child free break.

A bit far away from anything

Amazing hospitality, friendly staff, great outdoor pool and bar. Very good breakfast. Close to the lake. Nice interior design. Secure parking. Peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

On the very night we wanted to use the hotel bar, it was closed. But it was understandable as the season wasn't yet in full swing (though it should have been open every day till 22.30).

The staff were excellent and very accommodating, asked for a birthday celebration prior to arrival , their communication was very quick and they were on it. They went above and beyond with the decorations and small gifts and cake , so thank you very much . Amazing facilities , huge pool , the spa was excellent (had all to ourselves). Would definitely come back :)

Didn’t stay long enough

Very comfortable small hotel with spa, pool and restaurant. Underground parking! Very helpful and proffessional Staff. We started our bike tour de Garda Lake from this hotel and we also finished it there.

Air condition in the room was a bit too loud

Spa facility looks nice but it was closed in 8 PM.Outside Swimming pool was quite clean and good.

Default check out time is 10 AM, so checkout day, not much to do in Hotel after breakfast.Unfortunately someone smoked outside i had to close window at night.

Very nice and spacious room with gigantic terrace, staff was super friendly on every time of the day, nice and versatile breakfast.

I needed an iron, there was none in the room. Wanted to call the reception but the nr wasn’t written anywhere. So i ended up calling the general nr from my cell phone just to find out that they don’t have an iron for the guests to bring to their room. I was there for a big event and had to iron my dress, i found it really frustrating that a 4 star hotel wouldn’t provide such a simple thing.

We booked this with the main intention of using the swimming pool, when I was looking for accommodation with booking.com I filtered via swimming pool as my son is a keen swimmer to arrive and find an empty swimming pool with no water, I had a very upset and disappointed child. When I brought it to the staff attention she seems to forget her English conveniently and no longer understood what I was saying and every other time i went to receptionthere was never anyone there and i would wait a period of time with nobody to show.... we were staying for a full week and I got no explanation from anyone regarding this. For a finish I didn't want our holiday to be a total disappointment so i ended up booking another hotel across the road with swimming facilities as you will see on my booking.com history.To top it off, the first morning we went down for breakfast in the Ziba Hotel, we were met with stale bread and stale croissants, rotten gone off bananas, no juices and empty trays where the eggs and bacon were meant to be. We arrived down at 9.30am when breakfast was still be served till 10am. We never went down for breakfast again after that.I would not recommend staying here to anyone

The Hotel is lovely, very clean and in a quite location outside Peschiera, the room was cleaned and made up every day and the staff were very polite, helpfull and friendly and always with a smile.

at Breakfast One poor young lady had to do everything on her own, i.e. top up all the food and beverages, lay and clear up the tables, cater for the guests, she worked very hard but was swimming against the tide every morning, this meant no mugs in the rack for tea, no breakfast tea bags, (and for numerous mornings) no hot water in the urn and constantly needed filling, milk jug standing empty, and not enough variety of food over a 8 day period, tables not cleared quick enough for incoming guests, needless to say, not this young lady's fault, definately a management issue. we paid extra for a room with a balcony, which was nice, but the external light on the balcony for the evenings didn't work

Unfortunately, nothing this time. After years of returning to the Ziba hotel, we have already been there for the last time.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The first time right after opening and the hotel thrilled us then. Unfortunately, we don't know if the hotel has changed owner, but we stayed twice this year and each time was a big disappointment. The rooms need minor repairs but the main problem is the absolutely unprofessional staff. In the morning, the staff sat among the people and had breakfast together with the guests, smoked cigarettes and constantly asked people something. The outdoor pool is dirty, the sunbeds are not cleaned at night, so the pillows are old and dirty, the grass has not been cut and most importantly the bar staff sit by the pool and constantly watch the guests - which is unpleasant, they smoke and drink. Unfortunately, never again, we are very sorry.
