Location.

Not worth it for the money. “Queen bed” was just two twin beds put together. Sleeping was extremely uncomfortable as the beds kept separating. Lots of bugs inside the room. The balcony was not enjoyable because of the bugs. The shower barely fit one person. You can hear everything from the room next door. Breakfast was just croissants and coffee.

Location is quiet.

We booked a standard room, but when we arrived there weren't any left. So they charged us extra for a room with a balcony. I found that unfair, since the mistake was theirs, not ours.t would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, and tea/coffee facilities.

The staff were wonderfully helpful. The room was clean, comfortable. The location was picturesque. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice and dog friendly hotel few minutes from the dog beach. Room was pretty big and very clean. Breakfasts were very tasty with many options both sweet and savory. There is also a bar where we could have some drinks and snacks in the evening. Would stay there again! :)

An amazing hotel in a great location. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and maintained daily. The breakfast was brilliant and had a lot of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel and it will be our 1st choice when we return to Lake Garda.

Hotel beautiful and quaint.Right on the lake. All Staff really nice. Cleaners don't leave room until it's spotless. Cleaned every day and fresh towels.Breakfast v tasty. Choice of everything and fresh. Swimming pool an added bonus. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

Nice pool. Nice breakfast.Enquired at hotel about renting bikes and within half an hour four bikes were delivered to us in hotel for the day for an excellent rate. Bikes were left at hotel to be collected the next day. Great service.

Excellent location lakeside, very charming and welcoming hotel, lovely landlady, dog friendly! Great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. View of the lake from our balcony - would stay again!

Air conditioning

The pool was very popular for our kids, aged 5 and 8. The continental breakfast selection was good. Free and safe parking. The hotel is located at the end of the beach promenade and it's an excellent start for walks along the beach. Plenty of food shopping options available at the main road and a few smaller restaurants nearby. Good location for exploring the southern part of the lake. Most of the staff was friendly.

The breakfast bread delivery was late 3 out of 5 mornings, causing irritation among guests. Strange behaviour was observed from one member of staff (maybe the manager?) who was YELLING at someone for an extended time, causing uneasiness for everyone. He actually sounds crazy. Hope this is not a repeating event.There are turtles in the garden living in a miserable little pond and I think they deserve more space and a better life. The kids were upset to see it.

Arogance of the staff. Due to the wrong check in hour on booking.com we arrived within the check in time but nobody was at the reception. We were forced to find another accomodation and we were still charged. Although it was not our fault hotel refused to give us the refund. Never again…

Breakfast is continental only, so if you're looking for something that will sustain you for most of the day your out of luck here. the room was very basic, no tea or coffee facilities, no fridge in the room, but what did surprise me was no safe in the room, the shower was small to say the least, more like a double wardrobe with a shower head in it. The pool was very good, there was a bar in the hotel but this is closed by 9pm, so if you come back after having a meal for a night cap, sorry but closed.

The room I stayed in is way overdue a major upgrade, it is very dated. very basic. a safe would be a good start, and a fridge so that you could store a few drinks, so a the end of the day one could sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing view and have a nightcap.

Very good hotel. We had a nice view from our balcony. Good breakfast and the room is clean. The staff are friendly. It was a good vacation and were very sure that we’ll come back.

The bathroom is a little bit small but it’s not a big deal.

No fridge or safe in room and would not facilitate storage for luggage for late flights
