Breakfast was really good, location was perfect!, super clean room and staff was really nice during our entire stay. I really want to go back and will for sure recommend to family and friends.

- Rooms were clean- Breakfast was good - but starts late!- location is ok, 10/15 mins walking from town

- The Jacuzzi in the photos do not work / not functional.. they should remove that photo- took 3 days to get my room mini bar working / replaced- Francesca was very helpful & polite. But - in general - most of the rest of the staff need a customer service & communication training.- I booked a higher cost flexible booking via booking.com, when I wanted to modify the booking to only check out a day earlier, hotel wanted to increase the rate, for the same booking period, ended up paying 1 extra night unnecessarily- not a cyclist friendly hotel: breakfast do not start before 7:30! I wished they had earlier option, to start riding earlier. Bicycles are strictly not allowed in the main entrance or in the room, have to walk a steep backdoor garage, and risk slipping on the way.

The man at the reception and staff are very rude , they shouted at my old dad when we got inside with our bikes and my father cant read English and he started screaming at him, also when i asked for water , he looked down at me like how dare i asked him to fill in water and in a rude way he waved to the bar next to him, wasnt at all accomodating to us as large group exporling their country nor helpful , we asked for the check out at 7 am , they didnt open the main door and we had to move baggage from the back door , sink and phone wasnt working , ants in the room and he told me , its only cleaning issue !

The breakfast was good and the dining room was bright and cheerful.

The room was Never cool. The mini fridge was absolutely hot and stayed that way even after we asked the staff to check it. They just kept saying it was just to keep things slightly cool. It was not everything in it was HOT!!! Water left out on the counter was cooler than that which came out if mini fridge. Absolutely NO refrigeration at all!!! Booked a room with balcony and description made it sound like it faced the water. It did not,looked over another building and one person could see a little canal.

I like everything about my room, good bed, nice bathroom and very clean!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel was perfect for our needs, rooms were clean and well equipped. Location was great just a short walk to go out at night. We were a on a cycling holiday and were provided with a secure bike store. Breakfast was good a very good selection and plenty of it. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Roberto was always available to answer and questions and Michele was really helpful in the bar often staying up late. Thanks so much for a wonderful trip.

In the shower water is leaking through the doors. In the room with twin beds the beds are smallish.

Basic, no A/C during autumn even during hot days (due to low season they said they are not allowed by law) and the ventilation was so low it did not help, had to sleep with the door open. No ventilation in the bathroom. The triple room was very small

Personeel was vriendelijk, goede locatie dicht bij het centrum maar toch rustig. Het was heel netjes.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel was very disappointing. We were unlucky with neighbors who played very loud music all day and until late in the evening. The walls were also very thin so we could hear every door and conversation. The balconies are very close together, we could not open a window or sit on the balcony because the neighbors were constantly smoking and all the smell came into our room. Bad bed with terrible sheets. I asked reception for a decent duvet because there was only a thin sheet on the bed. There was an extra thin sheet in the closet but no down. They asked why I needed it because there is heating. I like to go to hotels for the fluffy blankets, which they don't have here, more of a youth hostel feeling with bad duvets. I booked specifically for the jacuzzi on the roof. but it was only open until September 30th, we were there on October 1st (which was a sunny day)... this was not mentioned anywhere when booking. It is on the site, but since I made a reservation with booking, I was not aware of this information.

Small garage and steep slope to get your car in/out of the garages. Only one key card for entering your room so two people must share it.
