Enjoy Garda Hotel

Great hotel.... fantastic staff and restaurant. If you like cycling you will definitely enjoy this hotel... some beautiful routes through the hills and along the lake. I will be back in the fall.

Everything was wonderful..... if I had to be picky at all, I like a firm mattress so the bed was a bit soft for me...but many people like soft mattresses, so more of a personal preference than a complaint.

We used their laundry service and my wife’s clothes were ruined!!!!

Really comfortable, modern, and well managed family run hotel.

The rooms are large and clean , the location is only 10 mins walk to the center, they offer bikes for free , the breakfast is very good and the best thing is the staff are amazing and very helpful which is made our stay enjoy full.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to reach all the key spots. A major bonus is the free parking, especially convenient for those traveling by car. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We’ll definitely stay here again!

EVERY single member of staff at the hotel were amazing. Cannot fault the staff at all. Rooms cleaned thoroughly every day. Reception staff went above and beyond to help. Staff in the breakfast buffet were fantastic and food was always plentiful. Great selection of food and drinks. One barman in particular was so friendly and helpful. Overall the staff make this hotel. Would highly recommend.

Sometimes difficult to get hot drinks in the evening as machine turned off quite early.

The location on the main road was not ideal and the view from the hotel room was poor.

It was so close to everything. The staff were very helpful. It was very clean and the breakfast was lovely

When you opened the balcony door the traffic was very loud

The only two good thing about this hotel was its location and nice food for breakfast.

The members of staff were quite rude and they only ever paid attention or greeted Italian hotel guests, proving the point about how xenophobic they really are. The price per night was €311 and they couldn’t even provide us with a few complimentary small bottles of water. When we had breakfast in the morning one of the servers with grey hair and glasses kept on huffing and puffing around us and taking our plates away without asking, as if he was trying to get us to leave soon. There was only one nice lady server who was kind and helpful to us. Wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel, it’s really not worth the money and our stay there was nothing but disappointing.

the rooms have Poor quality Windows, NO Sound insulation, charge extra 60 euros for a room with view in the back (so you don’t hear all the cars and motor bikes from the Street), bathroom has rust and possible mold, the gym has broken equipment, on the back you open the windows and smells like is a farm nearby, AC and fridge are very loud all night.

All facilities were very good and the attention of the stall was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was very good and some days we used the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The slight downside was that the menu was the same every day and the choice of vegetarian dishes a bit limited.Nice touch was the putting out of water melon in the pool area in the afternoon.Would recommend the garden view over the street view.

Gym was a bit cramped and with no a/c not great to use. Felt like a bit of an afterthought, But I did get use out of it.The big problem I had was the shower was very slippery and I had a bad fall. After rubber mats were provided, but if you stay, ask for one on arrival.
