    Pros +

    • Location and amenities were great for the price. The kitchen and thermostat also made it comfortable.
    • Clean, functional, cozy, private, enough space for a family of five. Separate rooms for adults and children. Near Gardaland, 35-40 mins of walking.
    • On arrival, we were upgraded free of charge from a 2bed to a 3bed cabin. It was nice to be able to cook for ourselves and to have plenty of space - our stays elsewhere in Italy during our trip were in b&b-type locations, and we planned this as our wind-down prior to coming home. We hired bikes from a shop down the road and cycled to Castello Scaligero di Sirmione - highly recommended.

    Cons -

    • Did not like that a set of sheets and towels were 19€. The shower got the whole floor wet because it didn’t let light in when closed.
    • Bed linens are charged extra. We brought our own so that was ok. Would have liked that soap was also provided for the bathroom sink, but we managed with the one in the shower.
    • The weather! Also, don't bother with hiring their bikes - use the hire place down the road (their bikes are made by Alfa Romeo!!). It is a huge site - something like 930 pitches (a mix of statics, tents and motorhomes), so if you want somewhere smaller, this isn't for you.

The whole resort is nice and clean

The rooms are light containers split to 2 small bedrooms, a small kitchen and bathroom. The structure was not stable. When in bed, every movement on one bedroom disturbed the person in the other bedroom This was very frustrating and disturbing

The apartment was clean, cramped but included everything we needed (fridge, tiny kitchenette). The location is excellent and the staff is nice.Towels and bedding are an additional charge. You can park near the apartment. In summary, good value for money.

Cozy and fully furnished prefab home for a short vacation. Great staff and quick to respond to inquiries and maintenance. Very close to the lake and town for tourist shopping. It has a restaurant and a well-maintained pool.

The AC initially did not work and upon investigation, the AC filters were dirty and were clogging the air from entering the AC. I cleaned it and it started working. My recommendation is during cleaning, to ensure AC filters are included in the cleaning process.

Clean room, easy check-in, nice and quiet, very close to the lake shore, restaurant and a bar on site, also many restaurants within walking distance. Great for families with small kids. Would certainly come again.

Pool over crowded. Some mosquitos which is normal this time of year.

Location is excellent. Nice and quiet in the evening and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and downtown Pescheria. Great place for families with kids.

Bathroom shower leaks water to the floor if you do not position the doors properly. But this is not a big complaint. Happy overall.

Reception staff very friendly and great accommodation.

The pool was great on week days but horrendously busy on the weekend, we couldn't get a sun lounger. Also, pool closes at 18.00 which is very disappointing for the kids enjoying themselves.

I loved the convenience! There was so many things from on site restaurant to grocery store for necessities. Perfect for families !

The bugs , wish staff provided the insect plug ins . The pillow cases and blankets were dirty , but we brought our own and it was okay! It didn’t affect our stay at all.

    Hidden Costs and Poor Conditions

Unfortunately, our experience was not positive. The price listed on the homepage is misleading — an additional €50 is charged for cleaning, which you only find out after making the reservation. Also, bed linen and towels are not included in the price, and this information is only available after digging through the details. There is an active construction site next to the cabins, so there is constant noise throughout the day. At night, there is no security, and we had to endure loud music and banging on the cabin until the early morning hours. The staff was generally unhelpful and showed little willingness to assist or address any of the issues we raised. For the amount we paid, we definitely could have stayed in a hotel with breakfast included, better conditions, and a much more peaceful environment.

Everything was really great! The facilities, the staff, the kids entertainment made our accommodation very relaxing. We extended our stay by one day because we did not want to leave. The staff who takes care the kids entertainment was really nice towards the kids.

I cannot say particularly something negative, but perhaps the prices could be more accessible between April and August, so we can visit more often. Again, it’s a subjective opinion which does not apply to all.

    10RocioPosted on: 4-28-2025

Comfort of the cabins, very modern, cleanliness, location was perfect alongside the Lake Garda.

Long queues to check in, they could improve the process. Also there was a mini-show of music and karaoke for the children every night from 8 pm onwards which is really appreciated but it was too loud for the cabins that were near the stage.

Very spacious, a lot of activities

The road between the houses is muddy when it rains

    9VedranaPosted on: 4-22-2025

Camp location is perfect. Atmosphere is really nice.

Some minimum tourist standard should be to put toilet paper, waste bags, sponge for dishes, soap... You really need to bring everything with you. It is nicer to put price higher if you need but prepare something of the basics for arriving guests.

Location was very good for access to beach area and town a train station. Accommodation was clean and tidy. Staff attention were all very good friendly and helped with questions . Restaurant food was good and fairly priced.

We were a little out of season but we would have hoped the swimming pool was open

    Cleanliness and location

Firstly, i was told the pool would be opened, but it was closed throughout the duratian of my stay, I was disappointed. One day, we went out and came back to one of our bags taken, as well as our jewellery. When we told the staff they said they couldn't do anything. We definitely locked the doors and windows before we left. We've decided to stay somewhere else that night consider the fact that someone went through our bags..Be aware of thieves.

The location was excellent, offering convenience and accessibility. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and provided a good level of privacy, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were some downsides, including the presence of mosquitoes, which were a bit bothersome. The heating system wasn’t as effective as expected, and the nearby construction site resulted in noise disruptions during the day, impacting the peaceful environment.

Big, clean mobile home, well equiped. Near lake, open store in the camp (with everything that you need).

    Everything was ok.
