Cleaness, privacy and amazing staff.

Good location close to piazza and town. Not near beach or on water. Just a place to sleep not a lot of amenities at hotel. Did have breakfast/ brunch for extra at hotel.

Centrally located hotel with parking facility. Very clean and nice staff. It was my second time in this hotel. Looking forward for the third .I highly recommend .

It was a cosy boutique hotel, the room was nice and comfortable. Location is very central , beautiful area close to many amazing restaurants, shops and transport facilities.

The walls were very thin which let through a lot of noise from outside especially the loud tv from neighbours.The shower was very small but its okay.

Rooms were very clean and modern inside, beds were very comfy. Staff were very helpful.

The staff were amazing throughout our stay, the hotel was immaculate and food amazing. The hotel was perfectly located.

Location good. Staff in reception good. Cleanliness good. Discounted breakfast/brunch in the bakery was very good. Good for a short stay.

Air conditioning wouldn’t work or inefficient, extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work.We slept with window open instead, as the air conditioning vents looked dirty. Shower sufficient but very small cubicle. Only water available in the minibar although it had prices for Coca Cola etc. it useful as a fridge.no milk for tea/coffee. No selection of tea bags. Cup used didn’t get washed or changed all week.

Location is absolutely perfect, for staying and visiting Peschiera and the lake. They have parking available, should you require it and also the cafe attached for breakfast and coffee is perfect. The staff were very welcoming from the moment we checked in, until our time to leave. Comfortable rooms and very clean. Local to many restaurants and bars, I look forward to staying here again in the future, having visited the area a dozen times over the years.

We loved the location and the lovely bakery on the ground floor the pastries were delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast included looked great but service was not until 8.30 am which was loo late for us given the tours we were doing

GREAT HOTEL: 2 swimming pools, one with spa. Breakfast was amazing, great catering. Comfy beds and great location. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommendable.

The hotel is in the heart of Peschiera del Garda close to many restaurants, bars and activity areas (harbour, biking trails, beaches, etc.) which are walking distance from the hotel.The staff was very kind and helpful, I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to discover the town, the lake and its surroundings.

The parking of the hotel is relatively small but there are plenty of parking spaces in the neighbourhood in 1-2 min walk from the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, location is perfect, a lot of discount in nearby locations.

Pillows were a bit hard, curtains don'tb really blind the sun, a blanket could be handy with the Aircon.
