The warm welcome, the flexibility to accommodate our wishes, lovely breakfast with an outstanding view seating by the window above the canal, excellent parking facilities.

Central location

Couldn’t decide to have AC instead of heater so we had to keep the window open and so mosquitos have entered in the room..

Great location, great breakfast, great price! What more do you want? Elevator? Yes! Leave your luggage after checkout? Can do! Walk from train station? Yup!

Shower is not super big so hard to soap up and not have the water hit you. We had the Lake View room so there may be outside noise in the evening. Didn’t bother us though.

Location was very good. Ideal base for exploring lake Garda.

Breakfast / dinner - Restaurant area was not great l. Wouldn’t eat there but plenty of places to eat nearby. There is a very bright PIR in the room so if you get up in the night all the lights came on. We were also charged twice for ‘city tax’ we paid this online and also at the property.

The location of this hotel was incredible!

A few more touches would have been nice, it's an expensive hotel and we didn't feel was value for money. The breakfast was fairly basic and on both mornings when we went down at say 8am, there wasn't much warm food left. The TV in the bedroom had 1 English channel, it would have been nice to have had at least a few more to choose from. The cleaners also came in very early which wasn't really needed.

The room overlooked a canal and a view of Lake Garda. It was a good sized room. The shower was the best we had in our 3 week trip in Italy. Parking was available offsite, 5 min walk, for 10 euros a day

Could be a little noisy as it was located right in the center of town on the main street with pedestrians around constantly.

Breakfast was great with very friendly staff and the location was amazing. In the center/heart if the area. PerfectEven parking was not far and with a beautiful short walk to the garage, no problem at all. Nose wasn't bad at all but I can see it being different during the season... But don't forget you are staying at the center of where things are happening so it's to be expected.

Manny bees when trying to sit on the cute balcony and enjoy the view. Bees in general were very anything but nothing the hotel can do about.

Air conditioning did not work on first night. Water coming out of pipes was brown.

The location was perfect. A few minutes from the railway station. One minute away from the ferry. Excellent view (canal, lake). Bed quality good, slept like a baby.

Breakfast was good but not too many options. Some fresh vegetables would be nice at breakfast (tomatoes, peppers..).

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were amazing. The hotel had a beautiful view!

The shower heads were turned the wrong way and water went outside the doors and into the floors.

Location was perfect! Easy access to ferry!, rooms were very clean and very comfortable! Breakfast at everything you could want! We really enjoyed our stay and we'll return! You must have a problem maybe before we get there baby it's 6:45 so if I start standing up oh man wow that really hurtful

I especially loooovee the location ? Right in the city center and the view from our room to Lake Garda is amazing ❤️The staff are great and helpful, breakfast is good. They even prepared an assigned table for our group of six every morning.Will be back next time if we visit Garda ??

Excellent hotel. Our stay was very comfortable. Location is perfect. View from the room was a dream. Very clean room with daily service. We were able to take the dog in the breakfast room. The bar in the jotel was very nice for evening drinks. Parking was very close to the hotel

Excellently located, friendly staff and comfortable room. Perfect for visiting Gardaland & Movieland whilst enjoying the lakeside town by ferry.

We stayed at Hotel Bell’arrivo by Dori as a family of five (two rooms) and had a great experience. The location is perfect — right by the lake and old town, just a short walk from the train station and bus stop, which made everything so easy and convenient.Check-in was friendly and welcoming and all reception staff were helpful (printing bus timetable, helping with taxis and tickets etc). Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony with view of the lake. We didn;t find our room noisy despite being so central.The breakfast buffet had a great selection with something for everyone, and the breakfast staff were absolutely lovely — so kind and helpful, especially with our children.

The only downsides were finding some mouldy fruit at the breakfast buffet one morning, which was disappointing given the otherwise great selection. Also, twice our room door was not properly closed after housekeeping — I reported it to reception after the first time, but it happened again the next day. Nothing happened, but it is a security concern and it was a bit frustrating that it happened twice.

I think the only missing thing is room service in this hotel.. when travelling with kids sometimes this is important.

Excellent location and we had a lovely view of the canal. Very close to all transport. I liked that you could choose the type of croissant you wanted for breakfast the day before.

A little niggle but at breakfast the Chocolat chaud was Chocolat froid a couple of times depending on the server. The shower was very small and cramped with no shelf to put your soap etc on.

The location is excellent, room is big and the view is very nice, we received an upgrade and had front and side view of the lake and the canal.The croissants for breakfast are amazing.

The shower is very small and the pillows are not very comfy for my taste.

The location and hotel itself is amazing. However, make sure your room is not facining the city (as that means a wall).

The breakfast was a bit of a let down. Loved the croissants and the cappuccino but rest was of poor quality.
