    Pros +

    • Indoor swimming pool and gym
    • Most of the things were good. Breakfast was very good and staff were kind and outside area was beautiful. I paid extra for my cat.
    • Restaurants offer is great, food fantastic, staff nice and helpful.

    Cons -

    • Even though it is a big hotel, it gets very busy. More coffee machines in the restaurant will make breakfast easy and better
    • Some of the staff could not speak english. We needed an extra Blanket but they had not. Room and specially bathroom was a bit old. I think is not easy to access without car.
    • This hotel is not for one night stay, as you will not use most of facilities in the offer. We paid €211 (after Booking.com discount) which is quite high if you consider other offers in the area. When we arrived it was raining and found out that check-in can only be done in reception , which was in a different building. We needed to drive there as it was heavily raining. We checked in at 6pm. The only amenities we could use was indoor pool and wellness. Indoor pool closed at 7pm, so we had around 15 mins swim. When we got out of the pool to dress up the staff switched off the lights to indicate we should get out, very rude. Indoor pool was dirty with slimy floor, so we decided that it's better not to use wellness area. Our room had a decor from the 80's. We got a bunk bed instead additional sofa bed. Bathroom was clean but decor from the 80's, also made for disabled (no shower tray, curtain in the shower, toll toilet). The only highlight of the stay was great breakfast, with variety of foods, helpful staff. Generally, not worth the money we paid.

Good breakfast, a lot of options.

No direct connection with sweeming pool, uncontrollable access to sweeming pool.

The location was great, and very nice facilities. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety of dishes.

Room sevice and cleaning was very bad for several reasons:We spent there almost a full week, and the sheets weren't changed, not even once (we checked).Soup wasn't refilled even when it was empty, we had to check.Pool towels were replaced with dirty towels.Regular white towels were replaced, but we were 5 persons in a room, they replaced 5 for 4.We found out that they don't turn on the cooling A/C During April. On the 2 hot days that we had, it was unpleasant to stay in the roomAt the Begining when we complained about the A/C not working, we were promised it will be fixed by the next day. When the next day arrived and they didn't fixed it, they finally told us (After making fun of us, which was irritating to say the least) that they don't turn on the A/C on during April because it's not hot enough.

Huge property. Nice to have the swimming pool inside and a huge park outside. Room was big and with everything. Breakfast with a lot of choices.

Quite secluded and the hotel is quite clean which is good when you're with kids. Buffet breakfast was amazing!

although the hotel was clean, the kids play area was dirty and unkept. Toys were broken and other toys were sticky. Also, on their application, when we went to evening entertainment it showed a dance party for kids in the evening. We went and nothing was happening. After asking réception they said that entertainment is closed on the off season, I suggested that they update their website.

    Great park like setting.

Staff not friendly at all, breakfast hall made out tables, chairs and white walls (zero decor, staff not friendly, often shouting to each other, sometimes shouting to guests). Not greatly connected to the highway, as the few toads are extremely narrow. No wifi internet for the whole 3 nights we stayed at this hotel (they did advertise they offered free wifi internet).

Cobbled driveway was not easy to cycle on

    7UrbanecPosted on: 10-4-2024

The room was quite big and clean

The Reception was a way too far from the hotel , the taxi dropped me off at the hotel and I hade to walk back to the reception . I didn’t know was a diferent location for check in ! Never experienced that before . And was a way too noisy , wasn’t worth the money.

    8MartinPosted on: 10-3-2024

Good location, easy access from the highway, several onsite restaurants with different menus and a free shuttle to Peschiera town. Good price/quality ratio, not hiking prices up during a major event in Verona.

Bed preferences not respected (double bed instead of twin) even if confirmed beforehand, no housekeeping staff available at 5pm to rearrange them. Very little variation of breakfast over the duration of my stay.

Great and well equiped room, nice bathroom, good sports and spa facilities, easy parking

Staff slow and not helpful, restricted possibilities to eat after 20.30

    8FilipposPosted on: 9-13-2024

The room was spacious and well stocked with amenities. Breakfast buffet was rich but not of the best quality , something that you probably expect when booking in such a big resort. Parking was free and in the room there was a free bottle of water and some cookies as welcome gifts. The guy that checked us in was very kind and helpful

We didn’t like the fact that the reception for the check in was not in the main building, we had to walk and carry our staff until there and it was raining. There was no shuttle to take us back so we had to walk this distance twice. Just move the front desk in the main building or at least mention it in Booking.com that the check in desk is located at a 7-8 minutes walking distance. Wifi was bad, you have to register online to connect but we never connected. Breakfast was not so great.

    NOTHING !!

The room was crowded with a large and heavy two storys bed and a baby bed. You could enter your bed on one side, but not the other. These furniture took most of the room in addition to the bed. The two story bed was of steel and could not be moved out of the room. The reception supervisor would not give us another room but wanted us to wait for an hour so that all the extra furniture could be removed. We found that totally unacceptable and wanted a full refund. He said that BOOKING's rules forbid that and could not help us. If you use BOOKING. COM, hotels can offer any low quality and come free from all responsibility. They refund NOTHING, with Booking's system and blessing. We stayed 7 days in Italy, we had to abandon 2 hotels of this same reason, incompetence !! We lost around 90 to 100 euro for each "hotel" And, Booking, you are partly responsible ! This is the last time with you Booking, we have rented several 100 hotel beds through you during the last 15 years. You together with hotels like this should refund your clients, but of course you will not !!

The keyword for this resort is "spacious". Living in Italy, where all the spaces are narrow and tight, it is such a joy for me to come here and just be able to experience having space. Nice pools, lots of activities for the kids, with an entertainment staff that works their butts off all day and night, and work hard to include kids and make sure that families know about what they have on offer. Our family room was airy and huge, with a lovely balcony. The dining room is also expansive and they offer a fine range of great quality food for breakfast and other meals. And if you want to leave the resort for a while, well, you're on Lake Garda, so there is no shortage of lovely and fun places to go, great restaurants, etc. The check-in staff is also extremely friendly and helpful, I booked our room for the wrong number of guests, and Tommaso did not give me a hard time or show resentment that I had made more work for him, he just politely and in a friendly manner rebooked me for the correct room. We came here once at the beginning of June and again at the end of September, and this is going to be our regular summer vacation spot from now on.

The evening entertainment was good-hearted, but not professional. There is some real talent there, but for the most part was on the level of a high school production. I'm amazed that the kid's entertainment staff works from 10 AM to 9 PM with kids, then they get up and do a stage show in the evenings. Is that even legal? The staff in the dining room is also clearly overworked, I felt bad for them. They always stayed polite and helpful, but they need to hire more people. It would be nice to have a vending machine somewhere with chocolates, chips and other snacks available.

The hotel is amazing, 24/7 staff to help you and get info, for a family it’s a perfect place so much to do from pools to mini golf to a lot of activities also for kids, we were a couple and we had so much fun we will definitely come again, thank you so much for an amazing 3 nights in your hotel.

    Facilities, pools, courtesy bus.

Lack of availability of free drinking water. Paying €2 per bottle in the heat of August for a family of 5 was costly. Free drinking water would be better.
