The location is convenient - close to the beach and within walking distance of the town center. The property is clean, recently refurbished, and breakfast was great.

We stayed for six nights and, unfortunately, left feeling disappointed and somewhat misled. At €360 per night during peak season, we expected a level of comfort and service to match the price - but the experience fell short.We booked the hotel’s most expensive Superior Family Room, advertised as including a queen bed, a twin bed, and a sofa. Instead, we were given a smaller triple/quad room with only a queen and a sofa bed, no space to add another bed, and very limited storage for a family of four. According to booking.com, this room type is about 25% cheaper, yet we were never refunded the difference. When I raised this, the receptionist insisted there is no “family” room and that all rooms are the same - which only made the price difference harder to understand.The pool, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was a major disappointment. The water was very cold (even in August) and cloudy, raising concerns about maintenance and hygiene. Unsurprisingly, we were usually the only ones there. Pool towels required an extra €5 fee each, and all five cabanas were reserved for “deluxe” rooms - oddly priced lower than ours. These cabanas sat empty most of the day, but we weren’t allowed to use them. Even a small inflatable for our kids was prohibited, despite the pool being otherwise unused.In the room, the beds were uncomfortable, with only one thin pillow each. After requesting more, we were given just two extras and told there weren’t enough pillows for all rooms. There were no proper blankets either - just a rough bed cover.When I raised the pool and room downgrade issues with the staff, the responses were dismissive, with no accountability.

Great place.Well located, just a few minutes walk from the lake and 15 minutes walk from city center. Very friendly staff, extremely clean and modern rooms.

Note that there are small extras you need to pay for:Towels for the pool or beach, extra sheet if you need ones, etc. It's not a big issue, although it was abit surprising.Nevertheless, it is still very recommended :)

Lovely, clean and modern. Rooms were very big, with views of the lake and lots of seating space in addition to beds.Nice pool area with reasonably priced drinks at the pool bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was awesome - close to beach, away from the business of Peschiera centre but still only a 10 walk to all the cafes, ristorantes and shops.

Expected my expectations, so modern, very unique , excellent decoration, great spacious rooms and bathrooms are EXCELLENT as well as view. Breakfast was delicious, great variety. Staff were WONDERFUL, so kind and helpful. Very residential and safe location . Inside parking was perfect, so convenient.

Fantastic hotel! Cozy atmosphere, excellent rooms, and a delicious breakfast. The location is perfect. I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly staff and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. If we come back to Garda, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to explore Lake Garda or visit Verona/Venice. Our room was big and clean. Spacious, very clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Lovely staff from reception to cleaning ladies and breakfast staff. Free car park. Light breakfast, enough to start your day. Definitely more than 3*. Pictures would not show how lovely it is.

Breakfast excellent.In a quiet upmarket residential area. No traffic noise either. Just a lovely 10 min tree lined stroll to the town along the lake side.1 min walk to a small beach.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the lake and city, restaurants and shops. Having a safe parking spot is a great deal.The staff was very attentive and focused on the details. Breakfast was very good: had salty and also sweet treats.The room had a great view in the main yard, where the pool is and you can also see the lake.Thank you for everything! We hope to return soon!

The Hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly as well as communication from booking up until arrival.We had a quadruple room, which had a double bed and 2 single beds, for 4 adults. There was plenty of room, 2 balconies which allowed a great view of the town and Lake Garda.Breakfast was included and there was a great selection of local and traditional foods and all you could eat!A very scenic 10 min walk from the hotel into town along the Lake shore where there are lots of shops and restaurants.Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We were on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator but where our room was located , after you come out of the elevator you have to go down a set of stairs which was difficult for my elderly mother and for anyone that has mobility issues, especially if you also have luggage.

This hotel located in perfect location, it is not in loud tourists center bet a little bit away, in the end of central promenade, and for my family it was huge plus. Near the hotel, some 4 minutes walking, there is fantastic beach for swimming, but also hotel itself has nice outside pool. Rooms are clean and fresh. Breakfast was good and tasty. Big and comfortable parking lot is also available. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Highly recommended!

The only thing I can mention here, is that there is no towel and other wet clothes dryer in bathroom. Despite on so good location near the beach and with it own pool, this is not nice not to have possibility to dry out wet clothes.

Lack of sports center; lack of spa;

ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS,AND SOME STAFF WERE NICE.

WE ARE AN ELDERLY COUPLE, WE FOUND THE NIGHT PORTER SEBASTIAN VERY INTIMIDATING,HE KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR EVERY NIGHT SAYING WE WERE TOO LOUD.WE WERE ONLY TALKING,NO SINGING,SHOUTING FIGHTING,THE ROOMS ARE VERY BADLY INSULATED,I WOULD NOT RECOMEND FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN.WE WERE APPROACHED IN BREAKFAST ROOM ON SECOND MORNING BY MANAGER,SHE RUINED OUR APPETITE FOR BREAKFAST.WE WERE NEVER GIVEN APOLOGY,SO JUST BE CAREFUL IF BOOKING THIS HOTEL,I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND FOR YOUNG COUPLES,OR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN.JUST TO FINISH WE DID OFFER TO CHECK OUT ON SECOND MORNING,BUT THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO REFUND OUR PAYMENT FOR REMAINING NIGHTS.

Well located hotel with nice , big and modern rooms.

They charger 35€ for child even if you don t need extra bed so it will be more convenient to book a triple room
