The Camping is near to lake .

For every things , you must pay. Some off rooms they haven‘t towel and bedsheet.The pool is good for children not adult, because it’s not deep.

Great place for kids. Lots to do. We stayed in the apartments, good bed, good balcony, great showers, fully equipped kitchen

The water pool was too cold, and some of the water slides and the pool itself looked like it could use a little maintenance.

Loved the location and the atmosphere. We didn’t expect much as the price we paid was low, but the room was good, the kitchen had enough equipment for cooking, the shower was good, both the bed and sofa bed was pretty comfortable. We had car parking by the room.

We arrived on Friday around 5pm and line for check in took longer than an hour. We booked probably the cheapest room in 2 stores houses on ground floor and we could hear loudly the noise of water from upstairs neighbors shower. Next time would prefer other type of room.

Close to the beach, lot of thing to do like mini golf, evening hours

The accommodation was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were misled into paying additional fees for cleaning, bed linens, and towels—costs that are normally included in the booking price on platforms such as Booking.com. There were even some EU Directives in this field. Hidden charges of this kind are unacceptable and, in my view, highly unethical. I will certainly file a formal complaint regarding this matter.The room itself was not clean. Guests are told they can avoid the cleaning fee by tidying the room themselves, which seems to result in poor cleaning standards overall. Unsurprisingly, the general level of cleanliness was substandard.The facilities were equally unsatisfactory. The swimming pools did not feel fresh or properly maintained, and the lake had a muddy bottom, making it unpleasant to use.The so-called archery activities were a fitting conclusion to this disappointing stay. Out of approximately 5,000 people on the campsite, there was only one instructor with exactly one bow. He handed it to a group of ten children and then stood aside, offering no real guidance. After waiting in line for more than ten minutes, most of the children left frustrated and disillusioned. Calling this an “activity” is misleading at best.I would not recommend this property, and I strongly advise future guests to be cautious about these concealed costs and poor standards.

Atmosphere at night was very nice around the restaurants, shows in the pool were nice, location in Peschiera is great for Gardaland and Movieland, staff was helpful, Bungalow had air-conditioner in every room (though we had to ask for remote for the bedrooms).

Room is old and outdated. It wasn't clean. The shower is very small and uncomfortable, water flow was inconsistent and one time fully stopped for 30m. No wifi in the room, only in specific areas in the resort. furniture doesn't match the room (i.e closet that is blocking part of the door, etc...)

I liked it all - bungalov was tidy and clean, it had a lot of space, camp is beautiful, staff very nice and helpful, we loved it. Children had much fun at the pool and by the lake. Thankful for this experience.

We liked it all, there is not one thing that we didn’t liked.

The location is great and the camp is great for kids as it has many different activities instored for them. There is everything you need inside the camp, pools, stores, restaurants,...

The apartment wasnt very clean, a lot of papers and under the sofa and bed, dust on the ceiling lamp and tv.

It's an all in one location, sleep, eat, swim, have a coffee and take your kids to have fun.

we weren't informed that the children playground was being maintained.

Location, facilities

- bath area had water clogging issues and was not fixed even after multiple follow ups.- the sofa bed was broken in one of the bungalows. - malfunctioning Air conditioning in one of the bungalows, again not fixed.

The location of our apartment was ideal for a quick walk to the lake. We were situated near the "square" that had live music some nights, stores and resturants (including to go place) which made it feel like being in a small city. The room had all the needed utensils for a long term stay (pans, pots, glasses, etc.).

Some of the packaged blankets had a certain stale smell to them (two out out of four). The doors couldn't be closed properly unless slammed (inconvenience for late hours).

Good and quiet for kids. Lots of entertainment for kids

All food in fridge was frozen. Ants everywhere. In the tiles and walls

The room was clean. It had everything you needed. There is an excellent supermarket in the village.

The location was convenient with ample parking, kid-friendly areas, and the on-site restaurant offered good value. Having a supermarket and shops nearby was a plus. Despite the unseasonably cold weather, the kids' pool being open was a welcome surprise. Unfortunately, persistent rain prevented us from fully exploring the park's potential. Nevertheless, we still managed to get some much-needed rest and enjoy quality time with the children.

The apartment we stayed in was quite dated and in need of renovation. The cleanliness was subpar; we found dusty floors, and the bed covers were old and stained. Issues with humidity were evident, with paint peeling from the walls. Furthermore, the lack of soundproofing was a significant problem, as we clearly heard every noise from the neighbors, including furniture being moved, footsteps, and chairs scraping. I wrote to the hotel a few days before my arrival through booking.com, but unfortunately, I did not get an answer...

The weather could of been better we had a few issues with one of the rooms but sorted quickly. Lack of indoor places wasn’t great for our last day as raining and have to be out the van at 10am and our flight was not until 11.30pm

The waterpark was perfect for our kiddies (3&6) they loved the onsite play areas (small fee) there was lots to do onsite and the pizza and pasta in the restaurant was delicious and very reasonable.

On arrival after a long day of travel we found it hard to locate our apartment if there was someone to walk or guide you initially we would have found that very helpful and we were carrying a lot of luggage and linen etc. Once we were settled it was really easy to get around but it would have be nice to have more assistance or guidance on arrival.

Liked the facilities and locationDislikes:- Students next door having a party 3 nights in a row untill late, then being woken up by them early the next morning spoilt our 4 days there.I feel the pool closing at 5pm was far too early.

Apartment was very basic. We had to carry the extras like bed sheets, towels and baby cot from reception to the apartment. Some of the jets in the baby splash area come on automatic and are quite forceful, which terrified our 18 month old who then wouldn’t go in again
