The location is unbeatable. The property is elegant, Mediterranean style with a touch of glam. Very good breakfast. The staff provided the best customer service we had in Italy: very polite, courteous, prompt and very pleasant.

The room we got had a very small patio, on main floor, all encased in, with just a small opening towards the pool. We felt very caged. The patio door had no mosquito screen …too bad, we would’ve liked to enjoy the crisp air in the evening. We expected a better room for the price. The breakfast was very good but in 6 days we would’ve expect some changes in the menu. The construction noise from an adjacent villa was annoying but hopefully they won’t have this issue next season.

Very efficient and friendly staff at the reception desk, esp Silvia. Good location.

No gym. Also not able to control the airconditioning setting in the room. It’s controlled by the front desk.

Parking was nearby but a bit tricky to get a spot

Very nice hotel, well kept and very clean. We took a suite so it was spacious. The beds and linen were amazing

Cosy place in a great location. The staff was really nice. I liked the tea that was served in reception. Nice touch. The room was very nice, with a comfy bed.

The view was to the parking lot, but I'm sure there are rooms that overlook the lake.

It is a great hotel in every way. Clean, quiet, even with a luxurious feel in common areas. Amazing buffet breakfast. Super helpful personnel. We stayed there with our toddler, and we all loved it.

Lovely clean hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, excellent breakfast. Nice short walk into town for bars, shops and restaurants. Had a lovely stay.

For the hotel with 9.0 rating and 170 euro per night absence of free water in the rooms is just unacceptable in my opinion.
