The location is a few walkable blocks from the waterfront. Breakfast included was good. Very friendly staff.

The location is perfect. Parking available. Staff is friendly and responsive.

Everything. Good location within easy walk to centre of Desenzano, Lake Garda, the ferry, cafés and restaurants. Good breakfast and big clean bedroom and en-suite Staff amazingly friendly and helpful.

Was perfect

Location was perfect. Just off the main beachfront meant the late night noise didn't affect us. Beds were very comfy and breakfast wasn't too bad with the eggs actually remaining hot

Shower door was broken which resulted in a leak onto the floor. Air conditioning turned itself off a couple of times so waking up in a morning was covered in sweat.

Location was great for the town and boats to Sirmione and other Lake Garda destinations. Free parking outside the hotel. Buffet Breakfast is included in rate.

Decor is very tired. Walls between bedrooms are paper thin. You can hear everything!

This hotel is a pretty basic family run hotel, but it's clean, well looked after and has wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. It's in an excellent location just 50 meters from the Lake itself and within easy walking distance to all the main squares and buzzy areas in Desenzano - Good off street parking, quiet and safe location - would go there again.

The light and the plus in the bathroom were too high up over mirror. An additional shelf to put our toilettries in the bathroom would be good. We were two in the room and there was only one chair.

The staff were incredibly helpful. Our daughter left shoes behind and they made sure we got them back. Receprion and cleaning staff both went over and above our expectations. Great service.

Very little storage for room sleeping four people. Elevator tiny! We had to split up which is v difficult with kids.

All of the above was upsetting not being listened to from the first day. I will send you a more detailed complaint

The bathroom in the room had a step up from the room which was dangerous. When i asked to change the room I was told they were all the same so we had to stay because they had taken the full booking price immediately, I had an accident on the third night Tripped. and fell backwards bashing my head on the floor which bled badly. They cleaned up the room and said it was my fault I fell. I am now in hospital in London for the damage to my brain caused by the dangerous step into the bathroom when I fell using it in the middle of the night,

The hotel was a little old-fashioned but was clean and comfortable. It was just a short walk from the waterfront and it also had a roof terrace where we could enjoy lake views away from the crowds. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh croissants, pancakes, fruit, a selection of cakes and biscuits, yoghurt, cereals as well as ham, eggs etc. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful.

The decor... but then of course the price would rise.

The hotel is located in a very good area, close to the lake or city center. The staff was very kind and nice. They give a welcome dirk in the bar.The room was comfortable and with very good air conditioning.The hotel truly lived up to the 3-star rating. A very good value for the price

Nothing about the property. The city does not have many bus lines. It’s maybe better to rent a car there. Or at least it’s not easy to return to the train station

Ceiling fan as well as aircon

No fridge, no ledge in bathroom to put any toiletry bags. 20min walk to ferry and 25 min walk from railway station (but all downhill)

Everything was ok till I got salmonella food poise ing from your breakfast buffet.It has been 5 days and the whole trip .has been ruined. Still not recovered

Location was close to the lake and breakfast was quite good, nothing special though.

Interior was really old and the hotel needs renovation. Not worth the money.

Location. Very close to the beach and center

Room windows could have a net to avoid flies and mosquitoes because there are a lot of them and we had hard time opening the windows because of that.

Conveniently placed to center of town. Within easy walk from the railway station.

Rooms a little old fashioned. Would have liked a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The main thing was that it was nice and clean.

It was very satisfactory. Room spacious, quiet and comfortable. Staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent in a wonderfully decorated room.
