The close proximity to the ferry and great restaurants

Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Room was spacious and very nice. The view from property and balcony was beautiful

We stayed in the corner room with a balcony, with a wonderful view of the lake. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Separate corner for small table with electric kettle. Wi-Fi worked perfectly - once we sign on, there was no need to repeat the process. Very adequate breakfast, and a nice touch - the staff remembered what kind of coffee we liked. The ferry pier was just across the road. Cafes and restaurant just as you step from the door. Minibar in the room that served as refrigerator. We are very happy with our stay.

Great location, right on the boardwalk, with a lake view.You can find parking in the nearby streets (esp. coming from the lakeside), which is a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel, and not very expensive. Even free between 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.A lot to do around the hotel, restaurants, Gelaterias, shopping, etc.

The guy at the reception, who seems to be a manager, is professional but very unwelcoming and cold.Breakfast is basic but ok.

Everything was just excellent.Very nice stuff, big room and very comfortable bathroom. The breakfast was simply magnificent.

Parking for €15/night. 5-7 minutes from hotel.

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the front patio with drinks watching people walk by near the water.

Due to being right on the main strip it was loud into the night

Location was perfect, right in the central.

The walls were like papers. I could hear even when someone talking in the next room. Beeing in central location it was very very noise no way to sleep more then few hours. People smashing doors what you can hear all day and night.

Beautiful property in front of the lake! Best position ever! Great breakfast included in the price. Parking not far from the hotel.

Everything was great! The staff was very kind. The location is very good and close to the boats and bus stations.

Very nice location facing the piazza and the lake. The staff was very helpful. The room was neat and clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Bathroom initially was not cleaned properly, although “Sealed”. Cannot control temperature.Extremely noisy from outside.

Great location for getting to the South Garda Karting circuit and for being on the waterfront in the heart of the old town. Also importantly it is very price competitive against other hotels in the region.

Excellent location both for travel to and from (near the train station), and for stay (right on the water, lots of restaurants near by, access to the ferry). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed, clean and good size.

There was some confusion on billing but we resolved this.

It is clean, very conveniently located on the waterfront, close to where boats leave from and the staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast is much better than you would expect in a three star hotel.

Desenzano is a tourist destination so be prepared for large crowds.

Great location and very good breakfast selection.

The room was very dark with poor airflow. It was hot and stuffy with heat coming up through the floor. The air conditioning did little to improve the situation. It was advertised as having soundproof walls which was definitely not true as we could hear music from a business on the lower level. It was also supposed to face an inner courtyard but the windows opened to this awful maintenance area.
