Hotel Enrichetta

Very easy to find,central & close to attractions,restaurants,stores.

Such a gem. A small, clean European classic hotel with a fabulous location and amazing staff (special shout out to Graziano who looks like Gepetto from Pinocchio and runs a tight ship with extreme careLoved the other staff too:Alia and JoanaPerfect breakfast (esp the coffee)Loved the free bicycles Loved the small pools and views onnthe rooftopSpacious room for 4

The staff was amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to address every question and request we had. The breakfast was great. The hotel was in a quiet yet conveniently located area. Several restaurants and cafes were right by the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The pool was adorable - we wish we had more time to enjoy it. The beach was right across the street.

I like sleeping with softer pillows, and the hotel pillows were hard. That was the only thing I would have changed in the room. I did not ask to see if the hotel had any softer pillows....

- Bed was not comfortable for us (staff was willing to help us by changing the room but we decided to checkout earlier) - A bit noisy from constant traffic

Location is good, staff were nice.

The room is small, no iron, very tiny TV, no water or coffee in the room. Breakfast was very limited. Poor value for the money.

Ok hotel , not a joyful place .

I did not like the rigid and controlling atmosphere of the hotel. For example I had a colleague visiting me in the MORNING for a short business meeting , and I kindly asked the manager/owner to let her come up to the room forFew minutes( leaving the ID below ) but this request was emphatically refused , no explanation given forcing me to take her out . I checked and there is no Italian regulation forbidding this super legitimate request. Like they doing me a favour . I stayed longer in Desenzano but it was enough for me staying in this specific place. I think that for a rate of nearly 100 euro for single room, more curtesy should have been granted and therefore I will not come back .

The staff were lovely and helpful.

Although we enjoyed our short stay, we found our room to be a bit bland and featureless.

The wether

It was amazing place, a very nice and spacious room for our family. A bathroom was very big a shower and a bath, two sinks, a toilet and a bide. We had a good time in the big balcony.

The hairdryer needs to be replaced with more recent ones. I struggled to dry my hair. The shower could be bigger.

Staff were super helpful. Located further out of town but has great selection of restaurants nearby. Rented bikes and trip to town took less than 10mins.

We were so welcomed! We are amazed with service and people that works in hotel. Room was great and clean, there was everything we needed.

Breakfast was really fresh with great variety each morning and they catered for my dietary requirements as I had requested. Very friendly and helpful staff, recommending places to eat and sites to visit Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels as required. We received a gift of a bottle of local wine when we were leaving which was thoughtful and kind. Definitely recommend staying here.
