Beautiful accommodations. Lovely setting. Fantastic, friendly staff, service, going above and beyond to accommodate a requested item. Enjoyed the amenities including the pool and restaurant.

The Staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were great and the location was awesome, 30 30-minute drive from all the major things in Lake Garda. The pool is great and open till 21:00

Location, if you have a car it would be great, if you don’t it is a 30-50 min walk And few if any taxi no Ubers Upon check in they should make sure guests ,arriving by train are given bus schedules as it is a long 1.5 k walk

Everything! The breakfast, the location, the pool with sauna and jacuzzi, the staff!

The breakfast is great and very tatsy , the pool with the dry sauna very nice ... the location is very close to the beach -- the give free bike so you can travel to the city, overall the hotel is great

they charged me 5 euros for bathrobe

On the pictures the pool looks more fancy but in reality it was fine. Somehow the whole building was very comfortable. The roof terrace was excellent. And the room with the balcony was very cosy. Breakfast was very good but i wouldn't rate it superb. Location is very good - just across the street to the lake and close to the "old city". Parking was nicely organised - some free spots in front of the building or with reasonable price in the garage. Gym looked a bit wornout but as i didn't try it i don't know how functional it was. Rooms haven't been renovated recently but they were clean and comfortable.

This was a relaxed, friendly hotel. The staff were lovely and greeted me and worried that I arrived late.The breakfast was all fresh and delicious food with a very wide variety to choose from.I will stay there again.

Parking garage was ‘tight’.

I really enjoyed the gym space, perfect for a morning run before breakfast. The staff was really kind and welcoming, the breakfast was great and the bed really comfortable, no noises from other rooms have been perceived. Very nice position, very close to the lake

If I were the property I would have taken a bit more care of the wellness area, the sauna needed more steam and the hydromassage didn’t work properly, the temperature of the water was a bit cold. I would have put more shelves in bathroom, we didn’t have space for putting our things. Except this, everything else was super good!

The rooftop jacuzzi was an absolute highlight, good location. We could rent a bikes for 4hours free from the hotel.

We were unable to adjust the temperature in the room, which was a bit disappointing. Since we stayed in October, the room felt cold, and we would have appreciated better heating options.

Fantastic hotel, excellent location, facilities were superb - loved the pool, gym and roof top terrace - food was delicious with gluten free fully catered for, parking was easy and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. All questions were responded to very quickly before we arrived and the staff went above and beyond both before and during our stay to make our time at the hotel perfect. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and cosy and served by local buses and/ or at a decent walkable distance from the main station. The personnel was lovely and caring. Although the reheated swimming pool was not that big, it was a nice add- on and a great way to finish the day with young kids The breakfast was also refreshing and delicious.

The dinner service and the menu should be reviewed to provide a better overall experience.

We loved our stay, the staff were truly amazing! Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as was the dinners we had grest value. a perfect place to stay for couples and families.

Excellent selection of pastries, meat and cheeses and hot food. Lovely panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Garda. Didn't use the indoor pool next to the restaurant but looked welcoming. Plenty of parking but must mention that the spaces are cosy so glad that I hired a small car. Must give a special mention to Sylvie who was always welcoming and smiling, She also gave us advice for our day out in Verona which helped immensely. Menu for evening meal seemed limited to me however when we ate there the meal was excellent.

The rooms are very small, the restaurant/breakfast area is equally small and a bit crammed when there are many people and it's dark/dim lit and with absolutely no view. That's such a shame because the terrace is more open and friendly with a better view.

We loved the food at the breakfast and dinner and the staff were so friendly and helpful!! Room was clean and tidy and made up when asked . Really great atmosphere around the whole place! The bike hire was a huge perk for us and a wonderful way to see the area!! I will say again, the staff were awesome and very kind and helpful!!

My only issue was that the liquid shampoo/ soap holders in our room was never topped up and was basically very low or almost empty for the duration of our stay, I could have asked for more but as were only there for 3 nights I assumed they'd be topped up by the cleaners within that time. Nothing too major but also worth noting!

The room and location was good. Free parking in an easily accessible garage under the hotel was good.

Breakfast was not so good. It seemed that they were unable to cope with the numbers of people.

Hotel was on a bus route, and close to the lake, which was a nice walk, cafes near by. Reception staff were friendly and informative

The pool was lovely but steps in were high and there was no support rail to get in and out, the bar staff were nice, but the bar was in the restaurant, it would have been nice to have a lounge area

We just stopped for one night on the way to France. We booked a room for 3 persons and the hotel was so kind to upgrade us to a lovely suite so it was extremely comfortable for us! A big thanks for this ! So the staff is really great! Location is also very central. The breakfast was wonderful! Perfect stay!
