All of the photos were misleading. It was horrible.

Breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of options for foods. The room was cleaned everyday.

I liked the location and pool area.I also liked the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and responded to all my requests very quickly.

The room was dull and needed an upgrade. There wasn't even a picture on the wall and it had an old carpet. I did not see anyone clean around the pool at night. Usually a pool area is hosed and disinfected at night and the water is tested during the day and evening. The service staff did not seem happy and rarely smiled.

Large rooms, good breakfast, nice pool. The hotel room had everything we needed except coffee machine.

A bit noisy, needs sound proofing. You can hear neighbors and people in the hallway.

Multiple dogs next to breakfast. nicely said something about it and then they tell the dog owners that we are complaining in a not friendly way. Just forget my wife speaks Italian and just hear that. On booking.com it says no pets but they do.Little parking opportunity due to renovation.for the swimming pool you have to pay separately

Room a bit too small

The view of lake Garda is nice, breakfast was good, but the food that should be at least a little worm was cold.. cold eggs, cold sausages, cold bacon.

1. The floor of the room was dirty, my white socks became black when i didnt wear the room slippers.. 2. The shower gel bottle in the bathroom was completely empty.. 3. The sauna did not work, when we turned it on the whole electricity went off and the room went pitch black.. and no one knew how to fix it.. 4. then when we turned on the bubbles in the jacuzzi, dirt came out so we couldnt use that either.. they only changed our room to the one with only a bathtub, they said they will talk to the manager in the morning for some refund but they didnt… 5. so i paid for the room with a sauna and a jacuzzi and only got a bad experience with it and no sauna in the end with no refund.. 6. Also no other tv options than a lot of italian programs..

The parking area and the distance from the center.

We arrived earlier, i had send a message for earlier check in, but this could not be rewarded due to the hotel was full. Completely understandable. When we arrived at 13.00, the girl at the reception informed us that it would take maximum one hour. Normal check in time is 15.00 therefor we decided to wait and not leave our luggage and go into town. After waiting for 2 hours and fifteen minutes, after asking several times we could go to our room. I informed the reception that this is bad, we understand that the room needs cleaning, BUT than inform the client, the room will be ready at 15.00, we would have completely understand and not waiting like idiots. The hotel in general is outdated, has a bad smell like moisture in all hotel areas. The rooms are also outdated, its needs a complete make-over.

The fact that their was no hotel transport to the railway station and had to rely on taxi!

The rooms do need a slight modernisation but are still perfectly fine, clean and comfortable The breakfast, although it was big with lots of choice, the hot buffet section could have been improved in terms of quality

The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially on reception. I missed breakfast one morning and a lovely lady behind reception arrange for the kitchen to bring me a coffee, croissant and juice. Our room was one of the new rooms on the 3rd floor which was modern and we were very pleased with it (The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor and very dated). The air con was great and ensured our room was lovely and cool. The hotel was so clean, in all areas. The cleaners cleaned our rooms daily.

The staff at the outside bar could be quite frosty at times but, to their defence, I wouldn’t want to work outside in 30+ degree heat. The bar outside is cash or charge to room only. I would have felt more comfortable paying for my drinks and food on card when ordering them. Myself and my friends also didn’t like the breakfast - the meat and eggs to me were inedible - they could easily improve this and hopefully will. The location was quite far away from where I thought we would be, however, this is not the fault of the hotel. But something to be wary of when booking if you are planning on walking everywhere - a positive spin on this is that the area is lovely and quiet.

We loved the location, a lovely area and plenty to occupy during the day and night. Lovely eateries and boat excursions with interesting shops and delicious ice cream. The hotel had a wonderful swimming pool for cooling off in and the breakfast selection ensured that there was something for everyone. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and the beds were comfortable.

Difficult to get a taxi for anything - this is not the hotels fault but perhaps you need a car to stay here.
