Great hotel in a great spot. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good.

We loved the breakfast and location.

It wasn’t too clear to me that I had to reserve parking before my stay. Another hotel specifically messaged me asking if I would need parking. This would have been appreciated.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and good breakfast

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was ready on arrival, even a couple of hours before check-in. Very modern, comfortable room, loads of space.

We chose a double with extra area with bed. Turned out to be 2 full rooms, each with bathroom, TV, etc. Location a couple blocks from lake & boats. NB - town is on hillside, train station at top.

Location was perfect, just 3-4 minutes from the center of the village. The lobby is really spacious and comfortable and there is a smaller outside area for relaxing. The bar offers great wines, made locally. The breakfast room and the offerings were very nice. The best part? The staff is really incredible. Because of the staff, our stay was really amazing.

From our room, we could sometimes hear children nearby in the hall or another room. Ear plugs made sleeping very nice.

Room was small but perfect for a single stay, a little dated. Bathroom needed attention, sink tap faulty. Only one plug socket. No air conditioning working so room was very warm in April & couldn’t leave patio door open as ground floor access via balcony near road, very noisy room the whole stay and throughout night due to machinery running, bearable for 2 nights but wouldn’t have been happy if staying longer

The location is just perfect. All the stuff is super friendly, room is good and clean, the bed is comfy!!

We really enjoyed the hotel! Great location by the canal, a view of the square, and many cafes nearby. We also liked the interior, the large bathroom, and the comfortable bed! Highly recommend!

The location is great, just a few steps from the water . Room was clean , and the staff super professional, highlight to the lady looking after the breakfast area , smiling and welcoming .

The room I stayed was comfortable , however it has a serious noise blocking issue , I could hear the neighbour’s room showering, talking and even SNORING the whole night.

The parking of the hotel could be free and the rooms could have a little bit more space but I would say that the hotel is definitely good value for money

Great location - was close to the train station as well as the ferry and all the restaurants downtown! :)

We messaged in advance as I need a car parking space. This was provided at 10 Euros per day for a private secure parking area adjacent to the hotel. The space was available to us to use until our check out time. On foot the location is excellent for access the centre of Desenzano del Garda with all the restaurants and the harbour only a few minutes walk down the street.The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean with a smart entrance and bar area and good breakfast room on the first floor. The included buffet style breakfast was good. Desenzano offers good access to other areas around the south of Lake Garda.

Our room was not large but adequate however the bathroom, whilst it had the facilities, was very cramped.Our main problem was that our room was ridiculously hot unless we kept the window wide open. The outside temperature was about 20 degrees and the heat was due to the hot water pipes running through the walls of the bathroom and the hotels aircon had been turned off following the end of the summer season!. We were told we were between seasons so it appeared that nothing could be done about this!

Close to the lake and town, very clean and staff friendly. Nice breakfast too.

Only complaint I would have is the shower is very small.

Cozy hotel near the embankment, but in a quiet place. Excellent staff, delicious breakfasts, comfortable bed, good linen, there is a refrigerator and kettle in the room. Special thanks for the help upon departure.

Lovely modern hotel. Spotless clean. 5 minutes walk to the lake lots of bars, restaurants and shops, minutes to the ferry to explore the lake

Nothing to dislike The bathroom lovely, could possibly use a grab rail for over the bath shower and maybe the shower rail and head moved to a better position because when you turned it on the water went onto to bathroom floor which isn't good when stepping over the bath to get out.
