We had a lovely stay, The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided great hospitality throughout our visit. The location was excellent, convenient and ideal for getting around. The breakfast was incredible, never seen such a delicious spread with such a fantastic choice of food and drinks. On top of that, it was excellent value for money. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others. Upgraded free to supreme room too - much appreciated!

We loved the Lake view, the helpful staff, the amazing pool and top nuts bartenders!

We had difficulty getting a taxi back to the train station, but apparently there’s just a shortage there. It’s a steep walk back but totally doable.

Amazing view! Close to everything. Relaxing setting with many places to sit, eat, drink,swim. Friendly staff. Special thanks to Manuel who always went the extra mile to ensure our group was happy.

Everything was great! Thanks Stefano for the room upgrade, now I had a room with a lake view ?I couldn't even dream of it! This is the most beautiful view I've ever seen! I wanted to spend all my time on the balcony! The hotel is not far from the center, 5-7 minutes walk along the picturesque embankment, but there is no noise, so I was able to sleep well. also comfortable pillows and in general everything in the room works and is always clean! Delicious breakfast!

Close to town centre and local amenities. Very close to the lake and view is beautiful even though the view from the family room is a little blocked by the outdoor bar area.

Swimming pool and restaurant not functioning for the duration of my stay. A flood like light came on outside my room ( I booked the family room) on day4 of my stay and stayed on day and night. I spoke to one of the owners of the hotel who wasn’t very helpful and didn’t seem like he wanted to be bothered by the issue. The receptionist was however very helpful and he covered the lamp over night so I could get some sleep as the curtains in the room were not wide enough to cover the sliding doors. This was also an issue for me in terms of privacy.

Good location overlooking the lake. Withing easy walking distance of Desenzano and the boats. Restaurants close by. Good breakfast.We had an early checkout to get the train and taxi and breakfast arranged at 06:15.

very nice hotel in front on the lake with restaurants and facilities around us.the reception was very friendly and helpful and advised what to see around the lake, the room was very clean and quite with heater working well with the cold weather in FEB.luckly we got a parking space within the hotel area.

nothing to mention , i wished if i spent more than 2 days in this hotel.

The views were beautiful and the hotel room was lovely and comfortable. We came here for a rest at the end of a very busy Italian holiday.The hotel staff were the friendliest people and so helpful and kind. I was ill and they were incredibly sympathetic. The breakfast was lovely too and we would love to come back here.
