We loved it. I will absolutely say this, the water pressure alone made this bathroom our favorite in all of the places we have stayed in throughout Europe and worth going to. I know that may be a weird thing to say, but when you are traveling and walking everywhere, the one thing we looked forward to the most was a shower at the end of a long day and a comfortable bed! The staff were all accommodating and helpful. ¡Cada persona era un amor! We liked the rooftop pool- keep in mind the pools close at 9pm. They also had an underground garage that we used for our rental car. Overall, we would absolutely visit here again.

Great pool in the hotel garden, as well as another one on the rooftop. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of cheeses and pastries, and a spacious room with a large terrace.

From the bathroom – which was otherwise very spacious and clean – there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sewage. Not too strong, but it was practically constantly present.

Rich breakfast with veranda. Rooms are large & comfortable.

Poor insulation, you can hear people speak in other rooms or outside. No accessible power plug near the bed.

The roof pool was excellent. Considering how exhausted I was from my travel, I did spend great time at the pool. Clean. Quiet. Great views.

Underground parking was a bit difficult to find though I seemed to be given instructions))

We had a great room with a balcony and view of the lake. Even though work was in progress on the exterior which was necessary, it was still relaxing and beautiful. Great rooftop heated pool. It was a cool post-rainy morning and the pool was relaxing. Loved the spa. The weather was too dreary to even see the mountains so we used the spa on both days. It was a great way to unwind and start our visit in Italy.

Probably the only thing to not like was the lack of service on a Saturday midday the bar was “open” but no one behind the bar.

Dreadfully slow check in, with no apology from staff for 30 min wait. No map or tourist information fromreceptionist. Hotel is between 2 main towns, so you need a rental car to get around.Wonderful breakfast though!!
