Alessi Hotel Trattoria

I no issues with the rooms. They were cozy and very homelike. Bathroom was a standard European bathroom with a design that was more modernized. The temperature gauge for some reason doesn’t go below 21 degrees Celsius so sometimes we would have to crack open a window. The breakfast here was standard and not over the top and was just enough. Other than that the overall stay was good, although there weren’t anything standing out.

Staff were amazing especially Bruno - super helpful! Great breakfast provided and the restaurant was excellent as well.

Our room was very basic compared to some of the others. Pillows were extremely flat however there were several.

Breakfast was included which is rare to find in Europe, location was perfect. Host was very nice.

Location is fantastic. Hotel is very nice, clean and characteristic. Italian breakfast was superb.

Very nice italian hotel, great location in the city center. Staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms and linen are clean and serviced everyday. Enjoyed the food too. Definitely recommend and would visit again.

Just the bed was a little firm.

Location was lovely, in a very pretty street - close to the front, and with its own restaurant (which we did use) and pizzeria, should have been ideal - however, this was not at all what we expected.

We had booked 2 rooms (there were 4 of us) but was informed that someone had broken their leg and so couldn't be moved, hence they couldn't offer us what we had booked. However, they had made up an apartment, if I wanted to take a look, and if happy we could have that.I went, and on first appearance, it seemed 'OK' and we were only there for 1 night . It was a '1 bed apartment - but they had made up bed settee in the living room for us, so agreed to accept. With this, we were offered a bottle of wine, and some free nibbles as a thank you, which we could have any time we wanted in the restaurant (just tell them we we're in the 'internet room')We went out for the afternoon - the area in lovely, would totally recommend Lake Garda.Back to the hotel for our drink, we sat in the restaurant where we were brought 2 glasses of wine and 2 beers and a few nibbles. We were asked 3 times what we wanted to order - and to be fair, we really just wanted our drinks - but relented and ordered a meal - we were brought another plate of nibbles (which to be fair were lovely) prior to our main course (again lovely)The bill came, and they did indeed knock 80 euros off the price of what we had ordered, but It wasn't really until bed time, we realised what a mistake we had made.Apart from the fact that 4 of us were sharing 1 bathroom, there was no lock on the door. I turned the lights out in the living room - and it was pitch black, with no light's or switches near the bed settee - and the bed settee was literally the most uncomfortable thing I've ever (NOT) slept on. At 2.30 am, I got a towel and spent the rest of the night on the floor (yep - the floor was comfier than the bed!)Breakfast would have been OK, but I was too mad and too tired to care....

Everything, location is perfect, the trattoria have a lot of food options all of them are tasty, the staff the so helpful. Asked them for a bigger room because i had my father with me, and he used a ventilator. I got an upgrade for free to a junior suite, which was so nice from them. Parking is also available, and breakfast was good

Very good location, basically it is in the city center. Worth all of the money , with good breakfast included and also the restaurant and pizzeria were great.The staff was very helpful and polite and the rooms were clean 10/10
