Staff they were very nice, Aurora and Liliana very friendly and pleasant.

We love the property

The staff were wonderful, so helpful & they gave us a really warm welcome. The view of the lake was incredible & the location was fantastic.

The pillows were hard & although we requested a non smoking room, next door was a smoking room which we could smell very strongly in ours.

The Reception staff was amazing and was always available for questions about local travel options including ferries, scheduling taxi's and historic sights in the area. This is a full service beautiful hotel in a great location with an amazing staff. Spend a week here and enjoy your life.

Comfortable Hotel, Right on the Water and Steps away from the Ferry, Beautiful Lake View from our 4th Floor Room with Hugh Terrace, Friendly, Welcoming Staff, and a Fabulous Breakfast

The view was the best. We had a great room that was comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The loud music outside at a restaurant and not a fault of the hotel.

Staff and location were incredible, hotel was nicely decorated and clean and the room had a great bathroom.

The bed was uncomfortable.

Location, terrace, staff

This is beautiful hotel in great location with the big tasty breakfast variety.We have nice room with big terras and gorgeous view.But most important the staff is so friendly and helpful.Special thanks to Andrea for his recommendations.On the day we supposed to to leave it was Farmers market and the taxi could not drive to the entrance of our hotel, so the staff help us with our luggage to the place where we can be picked up.Thank you very much to all staff of the Vittorio hotel.

The staff was so helpful and excellent to ask for assistance with anything (especially understanding the ferry for the first time). The breakfast was amazing and the best we’ve ever had at a hotel, perhaps!

There was nothing we would change except possibly having two soft pillows per person (just a minor suggestion)

Breakfast was very good with ample selections. The hotel location is very good for access to the lake and ferries. Even though it can be quite busy out side at night, the room door and windows did a good job of blocking out the noise.

The facility shows some signs of aging, but in general is in good condition

Lovely hotel in a fantastic, quiet location facing the lake. It was super clean and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb with any amount of combinations of food. We had an economy room which was small but totally adequate and we had the addition of a terrace which really added to the comfort. It was colourful, modern and clean. I can't fault the hotel and it was good value too.

Amazing location looking directly at the Garda Lake. Very good and rich breakfast and reception sfaff very profeaional and knowledgable.

One staff turned off the air conditioning after Wr asked for blanket for the night. It was turned on after complaining to yhe night

We loved everything about the property! Perfect location with fabulous view of lake and marina. Easy walk to restaurants, ferry dock, shopping, etc. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was fabulous every morning and I can’t say enough about how kind and helpful the staff was to first time travelers to the area!

The only problem we had was that our shower door leaked a bit and got the floor wet.

Best location around Garda

The parking is 8 minutes away which is a bit difficult with a baby and a stroller. But that’s not a big issue.

The location was perfect, right in the center, near to all the restaurants and the ferry. The staff was very helpful with any query we had.

The people working the front desk were Wonderful and you can beat the location. The breakfast had so many choices, delicious!

The beds were awful, they were so hard they made my body hurt.

Clean, great location, staff accommodating.

I have nothing but praise.
