Double beds move and form a hole in the middle. Perhaps they can bounded together?

We loved the pool, the balcony with a view was amazing, and the breakfast was exceptional. Great location within walking distance from the train and the lake.

Great location relevant to Rail station and short walk to the town center. No hassles loved our stay would recommend to all our friends. Staff waved us goodbye when we left. Fantastic personal experience.

There was nothing about the hotel we found wanting. we loved the place, and nothing was too hard for the staff to arrange.

Comfortable and friendly. Beautiful grounds and pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well appointed and tasty. Very close to the train station.

Our hotel room had a strange raised section after the door, and before the bathroom, when going to the bathroom at night it was very easy to trip over with dim lighting, as its painted the same colour as the floor

The owner was so lovely, he was helpful and kind and gave us a walkthrough on what we should see on our Venice day trip. We loved the dog, Luna, and the breakfast was honestly great.

The temperature would not go below 25C in the room which made getting to sleep a bit tricky for people who are used to cooler temps.

It was near the train. Only good thing I can say about it.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! BLACK MOLD and RUDE, LYING STAFF!!!!!When I arrived around 9 pm, the bathroom was covered in black mold — a toxic health hazard (see photos). I’m highly allergic and could only use it quickly holding my breath, keeping the door shut the entire time. The front desk refused any sort of accomodation, blaming Booking.com, who confirmed the hotel could have refunded or discounted me. The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t change rooms that night.I also had a booking for the next night, but staff said that room also had a mold problem and ADVISED ME TO CANCEL — promising a refund which they are NOW REFUSING. I was promised this not once, but twice...by the women I spoke with day of as well as the man who gave me my luggage later that day when I retrieved it. They are now LYING, completely denying they said they would give a refund. Booking.com has contacted them both by email and by phone. The booking.com rep said they were vey rude to them on the phone, said I was lying and then hung up on them.Adding to the HORRIBLE experience and expense, I had to rebook last-minute elsewhere at over double the cost even though it was THEIR suggestion to cancel the 2nd night.I paid $230+ for a 13-hour stay in a mold-infested room (side note, TV also did not work), they are refusing a refund for the night THEY CANCELLED and I had to pay extra for a different hotel. The fact they know about the problem and do nothing is appalling.I've never written a review before but honestly I'm just in shock how they could outright LIE to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

A bit more space in the room would be nice. We were 4 (2 adult+2 kids) in one room. Was a bit challenging to fit.

Good breakfast. 15 minute walk into Lake Garda. Fantastic pool! Friendly staff! Nice outdoor area to relax.

Very close to train station. Swimming pool area was nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

First night did not have air conditioning, as it was a Sunday it could not be resolved. In the end it was finally resolved the next day. Being the repair guy did not show up to fix the air conditioner we were moved to a new room and were compensated.

Very nice property, well kept and clean, beautiful little garden with seating furniture, nice pool. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check In/Out easy and fast. Breakfast was very good and had a good selection of eggs, baked beans, hash browns, jams & jellys, danishes, honey comb, cereal, pancake station and more. There was a bar on the main floor as well where you could get some cocktails or a snack. Beautifully decorated. Conveniently located without having to enter a ZTL, close to the train station and main town, about a 10 min. walk up hill upon returning from the main town area / harbour but not too bad at all. Room was very clean and had a nice balcony.

The pictures on booking showed one double bed and 2 singles for a family room, but ours had bunk beds which wasn’t too comfortable for our very tall 14 year old due to his size.

Very clean, a lovely garden, nice family room, the staff is so friendly and accommodating, let us leave our Luggage after the check out.

Really like the breakfast and the ambiance of the place. We can’t complain since the location is also very accessible to the train station which is 2-3 mins walk away.

Breakfast wasnt good. There were scrambled eggs, but if you cant eat eggs, then only option sandwitch with beacon, one type of cheese and bread. There were pancake machine and some fruits too and these are OK :)
