Hotel Villa Maria

Very friendly staff, lots of parking places, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. Very good value for the money.

It's a bit old. So you just have one power outlet near the bed, the air conditioning unit is old (I was not in a very hot day so it worked fine) and the noise isolation is poor.

The only good thing about this property was the pool

The rooms probably looked good in 1980 when they were last painted. The reception smelled horrible. The girl at the reception was rude. The bathroom was looking awful

The location is great, a couple of minutes walk to the lake. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool was nice. Breakfast was decent.

The bed was a bit too soft for our taste and couldn’t sleep very well.

The room is spacious and large, the view is excellent on the river, the location is very quiet and close to the lake And I will not forget Ms. Selvia at the reception. Thank you very much for everything.

There are some insects in some rooms. I hope the hotel management pays attention to cleanliness.

The staff was very helpful and the atmosphere was very friendly. Everyone speaks English. The hotel is located on a road that's easy to access it either going to Desenzano or Sirmione. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, modest. The breakfast was good typical continental breakfast and very kind staff.

Nice hotel in a good location. Roughly 30mins walk from the town centre. Also located on or close to bus routes to the train station or to Sirmione. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided all the information we needed. The hotel was very clean.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, which featured a beautiful, well-maintained garden and a spacious pool with varying depths. There were plenty of lounge chairs, so there was always enough space, and it never felt crowded. Breakfast was served in a charming old villa, which added to the experience. The freshly baked bread was delicious.The hotel is also close to the lake beach (quite crowded) and several restaurants. However, the public transportation (at holidays) in the area isn't reliable, but the hotel staff were helpful in arranging taxi.

On the downside, the hairdryer in our room was broken, and the bathroom was relatively small considering how spacious the room itself was.
