Helpful and professional staff. Nice breakfast. Nice room with good amenities (robe, tv programming).

The air conditioner produced a lot of water that leaked into the middle of the floor. We needed to keep towels on the floor to ensure our safety.

Nice stay, friendly staff

I needed to check out early, but there was nobody there at the reception desk. We had to wait over an hour to check out at 7am. I was not informed that the receptionist would not be there in the morning.

The water from the shower smelled terrible. The shower head leaked and sprayed water towards the ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The tv was old.

The hotel is perfectly located. Extremely clean, very friendly staff and the safe private parking is very important.

That there is no coffee in the room.

The stay exceeded our expectations: a picturesque view from the room, pleasant and well-managed facilities, very helpful and amicable staff, excellent breakfast and an opportunity to enjoy SPA centre. The surroundings were great for a walk along the Garda lake shore and visits to Sirmione and Dezenzano del Garda. We were able to refresh and recharge in only a couple of days. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel position and kind and wonderfull services

Unconfortable bed :(We stayed for a week but the breakfast was same for all these days...

Large room with balcony on rear garden. Excellent choice at breakfast. Comfy bed. Easy to reach by car. Lovely path to Desenzano in front of the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Hotel is very appealing and well positioned at Lake Garda.

We arrived just after 7pm to check to find out the spa ( which was our main reason for booking) was closing at 8pm.By the time we got to our room , it was to late to use the facilities. We were very disappointed as we wanted to use the steam room & heated pool.Then the next disappointment , the next morning to find out that the spa only opened at 10am which is also checking out time...???.

The staff was amazing and also the Sauna steam and the Pool . We were cold and on Request the staff immidiately provided extra blankets and Pillows .

The Location was Not Lively . There was not even a kettle or Cups or Glases in the Room . We needed an Iron but it wasn’t there even in the Hotel. There were no Vegetation options in the Restaurant Menu .

Great location and facilities

The restaurant starts at 7:30pm The sliding door to the balcony wasn’t sealed good and wind was making noise.

We had the best rum old-fashions made by a wonderful man. Great spa!

The pillows weren’t comfortable. And the dinner portions were much smaller than we expected. Not all the staff were genuinely friendly.
