Great location 5mins to station via taxi. They have their own bar and restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a shame I went in December as the pool and terrace were closed for obvious reasons. Great place to stay and 5min walk to centre of town

very helpful staff, it’s a good location to catch trains and buses around Lake Garda. The bed was comfortable and I liked the size of the bathroom.

This hotel is not a 4 * hotel. I would give it 3 *. Unfortunately we had ants in the room on the floor and even if the cleaning staff cleaned it the first day they reappeared. Our room was on the street side so during the day it can get quite loud if you are planning an afternoon nap. We were surprised that we did not have an iron in the room or in the hotel , quite an uncommon thing for a 4* hotel. Also at breakfast if you want to get an omlete there is an extra cost. No complementary water is provided in the room. Also the pool was closed as we were told our visit was off season but while walking around Desenzano we notice other hotels that had theirs pools opened as the weather was warm. In a different hotel maybe all the above would not surprise me but for a hotel that has 4 * it was all uncommon.

The location to the Marina and Old town were ideal.

The price point for a non-lake view was a b it steep.

A lovely boutique hotel with stunning views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, and breakfast was simple yet enjoyable. A great place to relax and take in the scenery.

The hotel is very pretty and the location is excellent. There is a path just off to the side that leads to the walkway along the water and all the restaurants and shops. We parked our car once and didn’t move it until the end of our stay. The breakfast was substantial and had a variety of foods.

View was great and room clean and well equipped.

Ac not as cool and no instruction on how to set or use air conditioning.

A great hotel on Lake Garda. Nice rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast is fantastic; and the staff if helpful and courteous.

Amazing location. Right next to the Garda lake. Hence you will have breakfast with a view that you will never forget. The hotel is a bit outdated. But the location compensates it all. A good selection of food on breakfast. Again the view is perfect. There was a parking space for me.

I wouldn't say it was the most comfortable bed. It was more or less fine.

Friendly warm staff , good location,comfortable hotel, early traffic noise is the only down side.

Furniture in the room is a bit used. You can't see that on the picture, but in real life, you notice that immediately. One of the partitions in the shower cabin was broken. Bottles with water in the room for additional price, usually it is for free in other hotels. The hotel doesn't look like 4 Stars Hotel.

Hotel Estée is a nice place to stay at when in Desenzano Del Garda. Everything is close by, the viee on the lake provides extra pleasure. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and willing to help.
