Great location, breakfast, and view!

We liked the location by the lake with a deck overlooking the water, the friendly and helpful staff, and the amazing breakfast.

I loved staying in this cute small hotel! The location is fantastic - in the heart of Oldtown, but not too noisy and very close to the beach! We really enjoyed the views of the lake from our balcony - just breathtaking! The room was very clean, the included breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive and friendly!We can’t wait to come back next year and stay here to explore more of lake Garda! I would really recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect, staff is great and extremely knowledgeable about the area and other nearby cities, and the breakfast was wonderful too.

We was in the second floor and the elevator is until 1st floor,so we have a long walk to the room

We love this hotel, this was our third time staying here and it keeps getting better. Beautiful location right on the lake and our room had a 'glow-up' since we last visited in 2022, which meant it was fresh and modern for our latest stay. But for us it's the staff that make this hotel feel like home-from-home, nothing is too much trouble, they are always so accommodating and so happy to help, that's why we will always stay at this hotel when we visit this area. One final thing, the coffee at breakfast is amazing, we are still dreaming about it!

Excellent location, we got a free upgrade to a lake view room, which was highly appreciated. The room was clean and spacious, beds comfy, the breakfast was very good, staff very kind and helpful. Would stay here again

The only thing is the hotel’s name was not clearly indicated But the Manager’sapology was understandable.

Breakfast was good, but get in early 7am.Lady at the front desk is lovely and very helpful.

Rooms at the back are hot in April, and opening the window gets you street noise on weekends.

Great location. Property could use some updating. Breakfast and breakfast staff were lovely.

Never felt welcomed by desk staff. Rooms were in need of updating as well as the bathroom.Rooftop area is bleak. Noisy crowd at bar next door on Saturday night.

We had a balcony room overlooking the lake, and it was certainly worth it to wake up to the view! The location was brilliant, on check in we were advised where the free and paid for parking was (which was very close) and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the centre and harbour. Large comfy bed, not a huge room but standard for the area and it was perfectly adequate for our week long stay.Breakfast was one of the best we have had, plenty of choice including Gluten free options, and the serving staff were always helpful and pleasant. Reception staff were always polite and welcoming.

Only a couple of minor things which would make it more comfortable but are not dealbreakers! - there was no mirror in the room itself which would have been useful. There were only sockets via extenders on either side of the bed, which the hotel had to provide us adapters for. The Mini bar price list was also not in the fridge for the first day which was a bit annoying when it appeared the day after and we had already made use of it!

A great location, with the ferry port and bus stops nearby. Very kind and helpful staff - particularly at breakfast. Breakfast was well stocked and set me up perfectly for a day exploring the lake.

Location, lovely spot on the front directly across from the lake but just at the edge of all the buzz.

Everything was good!

Spacious room, comfortable beds, simple but sufficient. Excellent breakfast, far above Italian standards. Bar in the hotel. Opposite to the beach.
