Friendliness of the staff. Parking facility. Location to old centre (15 walking) on well lit street with wide sidewalk.

After the initial problems (see below) things improved - the room was comfortable with good beds and air conditioning. The breakfast was very good and the swimming pool area (which was why I chose this hotel in the first place) was excellent.

I blew hot and cold on this hotel. We arrived after a long walk up a steep hill on a busy main road from the town to receive a cold reception! We were too early to check in - which we knew! They grudgingly allowed us to sit round the pool until check in. When we received our room - looking forward to a nice cup of tea - we discovered there were no tea/coffee facilities- unacceptable in a hotel of this standard! Please note that the hotel is on a main road, up a steep hill - 15 minutes vigorous walk from the town!

Excellent room, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Beautiful building. Floors everywhere of beautiful pink granite. Great breakfast room and food. And, it has a beautiful, large, infinity pool and beautifully outfitted and landscaped pool area. Excellent parking and easy access from the bus to and Ftom Verona train station. Easy walking distance to the heart, and touristy area of Old Town, a Roman walled city and ancient vacation place.

Not as near the many bars and restaurants one finds in the heart of the lake town area.

the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. the staff were very helpful and could not have been more polite.

If you are a family and book and pay an extra room for your 7year old children, be aware that you must write to the property to ensure you have a communicating room even though you may have indicated the age during the booking process. Only one room key for two people and the cleaning lady came at 14:00.

Very clean room and pool area. Basic room but expected for the price we paid so we were happy overall.

Asked if we could have air con on as it was boiling hot in room. were told not allowed in May and they only have air con on in June.

The standards of cleanliness are exceptional. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The food and facilities are excellent.

welcoming guests is the main thing in “ hotellerie” these hosts never smiled , never stood up from their chairs and never answered to our polite requests. when you have a Ferrari and you drove like a 500 better to give hip with their jobs :((((

Pool area was lovely..

Too far away from centre. Struggled to get too and fro in intense heat.

Location - its a little way out from the Lakeside up a bit of a hill (with Lidl nearby) but we knew that when we booked!Busy road.

price was good for what we got. the description makes it seem much closer to the town center.

they were supposed to have a bar, but the ice maker was broken and they didn’t have Coke Zero or other mixers. fortunately there was a bar on the way back up the hill from the center where we stopped.

Room was comfortable, location about 15 mins walk to the old town. Free parking on the property is a bonus!

Breakfast room needs to be refurbished and updated.

Comfortable rooms, good shower, nice pool area, staff were very helpful. All at a great price.

We were hoping for something a little closer to the town centre. But not a big problem.

Quiet and comfy room. The pool provided some much needed break from the heat during the day. We were upgraded to another room so it was a pleasant surprise.

The room was cleaned with detergent that made it hard to breath inside, both me and my spouse felt the same symptoms. Luckily with a little ventilation the issue was solved but I kindly advice to keep this in mind before handing recently cleaned rooms in the future.

Despite the terrible smell, everything else was fine. Maybe not the best price-performance ratio.

We got a room which smelled terribly - someone must have been smoking there for a long time. When I told it to the hotel staff they "did not know" about it.
