Breakfast was decent

The rooms were run down and dated. The front desk was not friendly. The lunch at the pool bar was terrible.

Amazing spa area, staff were really nice, beautiful surroundings, free parking, spacious room.

The dinner at the restaurant was disappointing and expensive, the location is pretty close to Gardaland but it requires driving. Too bad we only stayed there for one night!

Overall, our stay was pleasant. Our room was small but clean and functional. The pool was pleasant, and the breakfast was good, if a little busy! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our shower design was odd - the water spilled onto the bathroom floor, which was a concern I let the staff know about. Funny little thing, but tea bags weren't replaced each day in the room when cleaned. No biggie, but they typically are replaced in any other hotel of this type I have stayed in. The rim of the pool was cleaned a few days into our stay, but could have been done earlier - not a big job at all and a little unsightly for guests. Unfortunately the hotel shuttle van was out of service, so we had to rely on taxis, but the staff were very efficient in ordering them for us.

Location is good, setting is cute

The staff was quite poor. We were a group of 8 people and all had the same experience independent. The receptionist staff was not polite. The cleaner knocked and tried to enter our rooms 3 times in a row at 10am, despite having a do not disturb sign and having locked the door. Each time she tried coming into the room, it made noise and turned on an automatic entry light, which woke us up. All 4 of our rooms had the same experience with that cleaner. Other issues:- the beds were not great- the shower flooded the whole bathroom- the air conditioning was way too cold. We couldn’t set it warmer than 23C, which made the room much too cold relative to the thin blankets- the gym is terrible. In a basement without natural light. Very dirty. Very old equipment. It has plenty of dumbbells below 6kg, and above 17kg, but nothing in between!

Everything was great - beautiful surroundings, very welcoming personnel, pool, room, atmosphere, breakfast.

Unexpected pleasure. This is one of 2 spas in a Euro business chain ( I asked)Clean, great breakfast and restaurant, highly attentive staff.

Location was good for gardaland.

Coffee in morning wasnt good. Scramble eggs were deom a packet and not fresh and very dry. Room had dead bugs smeared on the walls. There weee dead louse around the curtains. Spa was old, dark and badly clean overall. There were areas being used as storage. Was also the most difficult to find and lack of staff to support with a towel. Lemon water was stagnant and it was overall a poor experience.

This was our 4th stay at the hotel and it is need of a bit of tlc. Minor things but in the past it has been immaculate.

Plenty of parking and nice staff

40 minute queue to check in. Unbearably hot room. Very busy, including wellness area which was uncomfortably overcrowded. Limited and expensive set dinner menu.

Beautiful countryside location but only minutes from the Lake and the historical village of Lazise. The central courtyard with swimming pool looked magical at night when lit up. I visited the spa and indoor pool and it looked inviting though I didn’t have the chance to use. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff very welcoming and friendly

It was a bit cold in the room. The restaurant menu is a bit expensive given the portion sizes.

Excellent hotel. Spa was lovely. Breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice outdoor area. Everything was updated and clean.

Breakfast was lovely. Pool small but really relaxing with different types of sauna rooms etc. Spacious nice hotel. Walking distance from Gardaland.

Pool areas were lovely

I made a mistake with the dates on booking. I realised immediately and called them the next day to resolve. the first person I spoke to told me it wasn't a problem, but I had to call back and when I did later that day they said they wouldn't change it so I had to pay for an extra night. It was my fault, but I felt the customer services could have been better. the staff in the hotel were very nice.

Good and beautiful location not far from Lazise.Very good spa area with plenty of options and space.Fitness studios are good as well.The staff was very friendly and helpful in general.The bar was well sorted and even had a few special cocktails on offer. Great barkeeping! :)

Food at dinner is ok but not quite up to the expectations and to the same standard as the rest of the details

The small Pool on the side was super and very quiet.

The gym opened at 8am. It would be nice of it is open from 7am e. g. so that you can go to Sport before breakfast.
