Great hotel, good breakfast, close to Gardaland, nice bar downstairs.

The room was most of the time quiet, it was comfy. The breakfast was generous but crowded.

The hotel was not suitable for couples expecting romantic atmosphere.

The room was on ground floor with a view to nothing

This property is about a 10 minute walk from Gardaland. It’s a great location and the premises are large. The pool area is beautiful my kids loved it! The rooms are super clean. The breakfast was ok nothing fancy but the usual continental options. There’s restaurants a 3 minute drive away or a 10 min walk in the opposite direction of the park. Overall great stay!

That the pool closes at 7pm. Maybe it’s a bit too early? However there is a lifeguard which is a plus with younger children.

all was really nice for us! Had a blast

The location of the hotel is great for all the attractions, like Gardaland & Movieland. The rooms are of a good size and are clean.The swimming pool is nice to pass the time in the afternoon.

The stuff at breakfast time wasn't helpful and even rude - on the last day, we had to leave just as they opened for breakfast (7:30am) and we couldn't sit for breakfast, so we wanted to take 3 Croissants for the kids for the way, but one of the stuff said that's not possible and was quite rude at it.

The location is great, close to the main city and Gardaland, which is probably the main reason most people stay there. Location is definitely a big plus.

The room was not very clean, and the carpet on the floor was particularly dirty. But that’s nothing compared to the fact that we had to pay 3 euros just to get a towel at the pool. And that’s not all, we also had to pay an additional 10 euros per towel as a deposit.The biggest shock? It had to be paid in cash only and of course no receipt/invoice. Unfortunately, we couldn’t charge it to our room like we could with drinks or other services. I had to walk around looking for an ATM just to get cash, which was really, really annoying and honestly, that alone is enough for me not to come back.I’m sharing this as honest feedback so improvements can be made. The place could truly be a gem, but charging extra for pool towels, especially at a 4 star hotel is just not acceptable.

The room smelled of vomit. And I do understand that this might happen in a Hotel, but I also expect it to be cleared out before the next guests. And the breakfast was horrible, it looked like a warzone. Like a zombie apocalypse movie where everyone just had to get up and run. Very poor.

This hotel is perfect if you want to go to Gardaland.

The rooms were very warm even after asking few times to adjust the AC. Breakfast is very good but pretty much always the same.

The location, the employee who received us late with great hospitality, the size of the room, the balcony, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the spacious parking in the basement.

Great location, great pool, big rooms for family

They don’t have anything in the room for making tea or coffee, no iron is allowed at the room

Room size is very good , the beds are comfortable.Moreover the service at the reception was helpful and very good.The location is nice which is good for tours in Garda, Verona and Venice.

Breakfast was have that much options

The hotel was wonderful. We liked everything in this hotel , the rooms, the food, the garden and the pool. The staff were helpful

It’s little bit away from the restaurants and the bus stop and the stations

It was ok, the location near gradaland is a big plus when traveling with kids, the pool was also enjoyed by the kids, but bring swiming caps if you want to swim. Overall was ok, but I was expecting more, breakfast was the minimal one among a couple of hotels in the region. The only great thing about it all was the room size, everything else was ok, but the prices in italy are getting crazy for what they offer.

Breakfast needs improvements, been in 4 hotels in different areas around the lake, and this one had the poorest breakfast, and it was not the cheapest one, also bugs are everywhere as soon as you step outside to the terrase, some type of desinsection can be done once in a while I guess around the hotel.

Very clean , nice room, nice beds. Very fast check in. Nice yard with kids playground, very nice cocktails bar

The AC didn’t work some of the time, very bad and expensive dinner. Also, no room service or anything available late or early hours. We needed hot water for coffee waking up very early with babies but there was no reception or anyone to ask it from

Breakfast could use a little more variety of food choice (just two types of egg, boiled and scrambled), the juices were a bit to sweet (you could taste the sirup in the juice). But other than that everything else regarding breakfest was ok.

Breakfast could be better
