- Palazzo was located near the beach. It had a lovely spa, amazing breakfast, and spacious rooms which were well air conditioned! The staff were kind and helpful.
Cons -
- 1.I was told there is a jaccuzi and indoor pools , apparently it was the same . The jaccuzzi s the indoor heated pool.2. Jaccuzi/indoor pool opens at 9-15 only, spa including sauna opens at 11.3.from 9-11 there is A JACCUZI IN THE COLD WEATHER BUT NO SAUNA, and its not warm enouh at 9, means you an enter only at 10WITH NO SAUNA!! What is that? People should freeze from 9-11? Water not hot enough and no sauna. 4. I have a peroblem with electricity in my room..5. Internet was VERY BAD even the vip one. I had some important work to do and it was realy realy disturbing. 6. After 22:30 there is no reception,a guy ( good one) helps you if anything needed but he parla solo italiano, speaks only italian.
- Nothing!
- Not enough options for celiac meals. The swimming pool outside was not warm enough to enter in April.

Staff were incredible, the location is close to the lake, spa was superb as well as the room
Nothing, all amazing
Big room, good breakfast, good spa
The gym could have been better equipped.
Really nice hotel and staff (especially at the reception).
The lift were broken which was ok during the stay but hard with the suitcases.
Our experience was excellent! The staff was friendly, the service top-notch, and we loved the spa. Breakfast was delicious, and our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony. We also appreciated the thoughtful upgrade—starting our stay with a complimentary snack and glasses of champagne set the perfect tone. Special thanks to the team for arranging a taxi, making our stay all the more convenient.
The outdoor pool was not heated, making it too cold to swim so we had to use the indoor pool only
Walking distance to old town; expansive breakfast selection with great service; spa was great (had one of my better massages there) and various gaming options; certainly good for families We had dinner there and it was very good. Nice bar too.Spacious rooms and suites
If your room is on street side it might get louder, but windows actually do help. There would be AC if needed
Clean and friendly staff especially Marika and Camilla.
Would have been good to have one pool for kids more than 9-14
Spa is nice, big play area for kids. Spacious rooms and breakfast was great.
Pool only open to kids to 2pm - was not clear to us when we booked. Outdoor pool was too cold to swim. Issues in room w electricity with plug breaking twice. Also quite a bit of noise in the room from the road - try to get a room facing the inner garden.
Four of us stayed a week in a 2-bedroom suite with kitchen, dining/living room, and balcony. The room was comfortable and clean, staff friendly, and breakfast buffet extensive and tasty. We would definitely stay here again. Great location.
Only minor gripe was shower pan is flat (no slope) and the drain grate might be too small which forced water to pool in the pan while showering.
Room was big, clean, good amenities, very comfortable bed and also had good views to the lake.Hotel SPA facilities, quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
there is only one old elevator which broke down during our stay, for one day we had to go up and down 5 floors from garage to our room but, it was a good opportunity to exercise after eating so much in Italy :-)really small thing, everything was great!
The spa and swimming pool were luxurious and a real treat after a full day of sightseeing, also our junior suite was very spacious, decoration felt fresh and the bed was enormous. Good black out curtains and a comfy bed made for nice lie-ins.
We had some traffic noise from the main road even with the windows closed and the waiting staff could have been friendlier, albeit they were perfectly responsive when asked for something.
Clean, comfortable and good location
Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff parking on site. Excellent room.
Shower was very slippery. Needs a mat. Restaurant dinner on first night was sub standard with food tasteless and cold.
The hotel is clean with nice pool and amazing spa. The location is perfect for the city centre and a base for all the parks.
Breakfast was good, room was spacious, with a big balcony. The pool area was lovely, not crowded, good for children and adults. Really good location, close to Lazise centre and to the lake.
We had asked for a ground floor room as my Dad is in a wheelchair and had that request confirmed by the hotel. When we arrived that was not honoured. Some of the staff were quite rude and unfriendly. Not all, Camilla at breakfast was lovely. Did not like to take cash, did not have the facility to do so. Everything had to be charged to the room. I would miss dinner in the hotel, food wasn't great and so many other lovely restaurants to choose from in Lazise itself. Besides waited an age for it, when asked to be charged to three different rooms were told that was not possible and had no ice cream! We had issues with our safe breaking a couple of times and the air con unit leaked quite badly.
Prosecco on arrival Bar and breakfast area are nice Clean
Disgusting for the price. Watch out 'Flexible' room is a con! I booked a 'Flexible' room as a birthday gift. This was the only option for my dates except a family room which was not needed. The 6 Photos of the room consisted of a bathroom and 5 of the hotel. Therefore I was expecting to be allocated a room looking like the Photo Gallery as nothing was to tell/show me any different (even the Flexible room description sounded good) I was given a very standard double room with the oldest, most rustiest balcony and furniture right on the entrance/exit to the car park, looking at a brick wall. So the room I was given was the furthest from the Photos. I paid nearly €800 for 2 nights and was given their lowest quality room! 'Flexible' is deceiving and mis-leading. I am disgusted this is allowed to happen and even after I complained immediately, I was offered a bigger room, same view for €100 a night more. I wanted to leave but the hotel and booking.com said I would loose all my money, even if we didn't stay the 2nd night. Also the Photos on the Gallery make the hotel look like a 5 star. It is not. You can't access areas that look communal, the Photo Gallery shows beautiful terraces, views and a pool which look accessible, then you learn this is from a suite, but the Photos in the Gallery have NO caption to indicate this. Another not too big a deal but the main pool photos have been Photoshopped, there's a big car park behind with lamp posts, these are all airbrushed out in their Photos. Please view the photos of my €770 stay and video when I was led to believe something completely different in the booking process. Unfortunately you now can't trust these companies.
Great sized room, good storage space, super friendly staff, lovely pool - not too busy, lovely buffet breakfast, lovely spa and gym, huge balcony area
