The staff and service was exquisite. Highly appreciated.

Overall there is nothing I could mention, the room was simple a tiny bit outdated, but was made up by the staff's welcoming attitude.

Beautiful place

Pool didn’t open till 10am which I thought was a shame. Plus the room was made up for 4 people so we didn’t have a couch but only a spare bed and when we asked reception they just said that’s the way it is.

Spacious and well maintained. Beautiful views and architecture. It was a great location. The breakfast was enjoyable.

Amazing place. Very peaceful and relaxing. The food was incredible, and the service was excellent.

Didn't know that there was a sauna available until the day of check out when I asked about it after seeing it. Was told it needs to be booked in advance which if I'd known about, I would have liked to use it. Also, the pillows were a bit hard. Everything else was amazing.

Amazing location, very friendly staff and very tasty food

Fabulous place. The scenery is absolutely wonderfull. Very good breakfast. Unfortunately we stayed only one night and arrived very late, but still worth it.

Nice hotel, beautiful surroundings and view. The food in the restaurant is verry good.

Non-guests can use the pool! It should be announced in the AD because we expected to find a small hotel and we were surprised by the number of persons around the pool. Guests of the hotel can not use the pool for free the check-out day. If you want to use it, it would be surcharged 20€ per person.

Super well maintained hotel. Lovely location. Staff is super friendly! Very good breakfast and good dinner. Good parking for the hotel guests. Every year the hotel is getting better. We will be back again in the near future.

Location was great. Swimming pool was beautiful. Very peaceful. Breakfast was nice. Saw some reviews criticising the staff - nothing but good things to say about all of them.

The noise from other rooms. It happens, of course I understand, but the adjoining doors need to be sound proofed. I could literally hear everything!The beds are firm mattresses. I think some investment in the pillows would be welcome.

Restaurant had slow service and staff could be more attentive.

We loved our stay, friendly staff, always able to help. Excellent food and wine in the restaurant, we enjoyed every meal! Location was beautiful and the pool was fabulous.

There was a wasps nest in our room but the staff kindly swapped the room.

What a spectacular location! Gorgeous hotel & property. No elevators but the bellman brought our luggage so it wasn’t a problem to climb 1 flight to our room. We would definitely go there again. Breakfast was delicious & the restaurant was wonderful also.

Excellent service, large pool, huge complex with plenty of parking opportunities, pleasant and quiet atmosphere. We have been coming here for over 20 years now and feel very comfortable. It is still our preferred place!

Very friendly staff. Beautiful view! Large, lush property, lots of terraces and seating options. The delicious breakfast buffet was one of a kind. The rooms are cozy and a great fusion of vintage charisma and modern elements. We came in off season and it was very quiet (however I see the place is set up to host many more guests). I would love to come back and absolutely recommend that place.

The pillows could be a little softer (for my taste).There is no elevator (but it didn’t bother us too much, they helped to carry the luggage etc.)

Fabulous hotel and surroundings. A genuine Italian luxury villa. Friendly and professional staff. Good restaurant, very nice breakfast. A real pleasure to stay. Super beautiful views outside: valley and mountains. Everything is very clean and looked after. Very nice room, large comfortable bathroom.

Lack of amenities in the junior suite

The location, the view, the staff, it was all perfect and such a beautiful place. It's quiet and close to the Garda lake. The restaurant is also amazing.

The beds / mattresses were outdated and not comfy to sleep on.
