The bedroom was amazing as well as the location, very near the beach but also with a great swimming pool near by a very pretty town

Only point I could tell is too much people at a time at the breakfast but all food amazing quality and quantity

Room was big and well equipped.

Coffee and orange juice on breakfast was the worst of my life, food was OK.

Everything was spotless, and the room looked exactly like it did in the photos.The restaurant’s food is absolutely delicious.

Rooms are big enough and clean. Easy access to the lake and very good breakfast.

The accommodation was excellent. We were not expecting to be on a site which shared facilities with another hotel - Antico Monastero and a large campsite who shared facilities. This was not clear from the description of the hotel.

There are no dedicated lounge or bar area within the hotel. It is simply rooms. Other facilites are shared with the other hotel and campsite. They do not include a bar or indoor seating area where you can sit outside the restaurant. We booked to take dinner each evening of our stay. This was served in the area surrounding the pool. Part of the restaurant was in an area covered by awnings which were not good protection to poor weather. The food was not good - a salad bar, strodgy pasta most nights and small main course - certainly not what one would expect in Italy. We had excellent meals in the surrounding area outside the hotel.

A rich selection of breakfast dishes, but the pastries were old and hard.Very nice pool, enough sunbeds and umbrellas.

Reading lamps near the bed are totally useless for reading. Generally, very poor lighting in the room.The bathroom lacks hooks for hanging towels when getting out of the shower.The elevator was incredibly slow, but it's hard to carry suitcases up and down the stairs.

The location is amazing, really nice and comfortable rooms, and kind staff. Lot of gluten free option for breakfast, and wide variety of foods in the restaurant, too.

The warm breakfast was actually cold (scrambled eggs, sausages, etc.). They offered rice milk but you can't warm it up for coffee, so you end up drinking cold coffee.

Clean and spacious

Nothing, was great. However, we’ve stayed across Italy for a week and the staff here were slightly miserable comparatively.

Wonderful hotel within easy walking distance of the lakeside and amenities. Great pool with bar & restaurant. Included breakfast was amazing particularly the Prosecco ?

Clean spacious rooms

The waiter was guarding the filtered water in the breakfast room and following the guests around the room..Water was available for sale only at minibar for 2€. Guests were permitted to drink filtered water only in the cafeteria, but not to fill up their bottles. The air conditioner was not working for 2 nights whole room was very hot and made it impossible to sleep.

The bed did not have a sheet, we had to look for a thin duvet in the wardrobe

Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were helpful and friendly

Wi-Fi was rubbish or non existent in our room. Smoking needs to be better regulated where people eat. Preferably banned. Who can enjoy a great meal when others are poisoning you with smoke.

The room could have had tea/coffee making facilities. Also the mattress was very firm.

The hotel room was very spacious, definitely a good value for money. We didn't get to explore the surrounding areas much as we only stayed for 1 night, however the overall stay was pleasant as the room had all the facilities and even 2 balconies. The historic aspect of the buildings was beautiful.

Our card didn't work so we couldn't enter our room for a while.

The pool

Everything, no coffee one morning, cement walk in our room which looked unfinished, safe did not work and they said they were too busy to help, you call this 4star, more like 2star, breakfast was a laugh and disgusting, rude staff, had to walk thru a campsite to go anywhere past people outside their tents, need I go on? Won't go there again and Def will not recommend it to anyone, shame, this was our 48th wedding anniversary 4 days, 4 days we had to endure this place?
